My husband and I came here to pick up some packages after a "Sorry we missed you" notice was placed in our mailbox. The notice said the post office is open at 8:30 and information online also confirms that. However, when we went to pick up our packages at 8:30, we were shouted at by some men lounging on the other side of a barbed wire fence that they dont open until 9:00. Indeed, the sign on the door says 9:00 but they havent bothered to update that information online or on the cards they put in your mailbox! Didnt really help my husband who drives to Los Gatos for work and was an hour late because of this. After telling them their times arent updated, one of the postal workers replied, "Well, the guy musta used the wrong card. " We also asked why they didnt even bother to try to deliver the packages (I was home the whole day and didnt get a doorbell ring), so we knew they just stuck the notice in the mailbox without even trying. To that, the postal worker said they have a policy that they "dont deliver packages to the third floor." Sounds like housing discrimination to me, and Im really not sure what the sender of our packages actually paid for when they selected delivery confirmation. We were also very displeased by the ineptitude of which the card was actually filled out. We were barely able to read the chicken scratch on the card which said "3P" which apparently means "3 packages." Given the fact that there were 4 packages, not 3, we were shocked that we actually left with all of our packages with us. Seems to me that the person who didnt bother to even try to deliver our packages should have had some extra time to fill out the card correctly. Oh, and finally, they didnt even open at 9:00. Someone came to unlock the door at 9:08. Very unprofessional, shady looking workers lounging around on a barbed wire compound. I was glad I didnt come here alone.

Package Pickup / Postal Vehicle Depot For Customers this location is for PICKUP ONLY. Be sure to have your ID ready. It is not possible to ship, buy stamps, or resolve any other problem. Most US Postal Service locations that I have visited bear function before form. This location is no different. It is a concrete block with holes cut in the sides for human access. I personally, had to pick up a registered package from this location that required a signature. The carrier person that had visited my house when I was not home and had politely recognized that I did not want to be disturbed, by the sign on the front door. And so I needed to visit this location for the package. The Postal Employee behind the counter was courteous and pleasant. He quickly retrieved my package. I presented my government-issue ID, signed for the package and took possession. The service was prompt, concise, and adequate.

As other reviews say this is not a retail location. They dont have anything to help you: no tape, no stamps, no form holders, nothing. They do have a counter, a SCAN code scanner and a bin to throw your packages into. Ive mailed many packages from this location. Always a breeze, never a wait more than a minute, because there is nothing to wait for! None of the customers can have anything complex to do, because the only things you can do here are pick up a held package or drop off outgoing packages. Printing your own labels and taping them on the package will save you time and money.

I have returned to my home in Santa Clara, having been gone almost 10 years. Been living in San Francisco as my Dads companion. I have had nothing but great responses and effort demonstrated by the Staff at this facility. I have done business with Beverly, Tom and Marcus. They have been very professional. They are thorough and work with a very positive attitude. They are at different times worked hard to help resolve my issues. Love being back in Santa Clara and personnel such as these contribute much to my feelings.

Had a hold placed on our mail while vacation. Even with the hold it appears a package was dropped off while we were gone. Of course when we arrived home, there was no package there. Annex location says it will contact carrier to see if he remembers anything -- no call back. Just tried calling FOUR TIMES at 2:00PM (location should be open until 4) and had someone pick up and hang up three times and now no one will answer.

Went to pick up my package here and they cant find it. And wait for about almost half hour and it turn out was missed place . And they told me to come back later and they will give me a call if they find my package. They left me a message to pick up my package and it turn out they out with other mail instead. Horrible.

This is NOT a post office. This is just a pickup and delivery stop for the postal service. They cannot give you stamps or mail unstamped packages. Itd be like trying to get your local postal worker to mail an unstamped package, they cant sell you anything. The worker was friendly but unable to help me at all.

Beware, this is not a retail location! Apparently its a place for bulk commercial mail and getting registered letters if you received a notice, but most services are not available. You can drop off things here for sending but only if you already have put postage on them, weighed them etc.

very bad services, delay and lost a packages so may time. The customers have to go and pick the package if they dont want their packages is lost and damaged. Waited for a very long time. Also they wont notify you before the package return back to the sender as another Post Office.

As others stated, if you are here to pickup a package you missed for this zip, then you guys will have a good experience. These staff are amazing! Not only do they have to work through sorting mail, but they have to deal with people coming in all the time. Great work thank you

I got directed here by another post office as I tried to locate where my package is due to a lack of a notice slip. The employees are short staffed but try their best to be helpful and always have a smile on their faces.

Extremely limited service. We cannot ship out package from here. Better not have large sign and marker on map as post office. It confuses people.

I used their drive up mail box and nine days later my letter/payment did not make Chicago. That is why I do not use USPS.
