I when to the post office on April 3 to send an envelope international. so I want to get there soon so i pay 38 dollars 3-5 business days. so i wait. call my sister if she got the envelope so i wait a little bit longer nothing so i when april 16 and lady so rude told me that they dont know how long takes when it is out of the country. so i told her then why do u guys have that service just to get more money from me. if it takes same time as send it as regular mail. :(

These guys are the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever dealt with. I had 4 checks mailed to me from them and none of them ever made it to my business. I filed a complaint on each check and it was never resolved. On top of the that the delivery man had the nerve to ask if we have ever received any of the checks (as if he wasnt the one delivering the mail). My advise is to go through UPS, Fed Ex or any other mailing company then them.

If you value your merchandise and dont want your stuff stolen burn some more gas and go to a different post office these crooks will have you pay hundreds in shipping and your stuff will disappear, only for them to tell you it takes 60 days to get your money back. bunch of incompetent crooks here. Oh and they never answer the phone, what a joke!

Dont even bother trying to call. Nobody answers the lines here. The hours are not correct on Google for window service. They are open 10-5. Post office on Sierra is open at 9. The window staff are friendly but the mail sorting is slow and carriers arent the most dependable. I dont receive mail until around 4 in the afternoon.

Ive tried calling for information about tracking over the last two days and there is never any answer. No voice mail either. Just rings and rings. Had the same problem a few months ago. Finally someone answered after three days. Poor service to say the least!

Service is very low-end. If you like going to the DMV or enjoy being treated like a criminal then go to the post office. Also, if you like hanging around the homeless, this PO is for you!

I called with a question but no one picked up the phone. I went in and no one was at the counter to help. I eventually figured it out with their self-service machine.
