The employees at this branch are lazy and inept! In order to pick up a package I must wait in line. Today I arrived at 4:10 (I have a real job and that is the quickest I can make it from Harding way). 5 or 6 people ahead of me in line. At about 4:25 there were still 4 people ahead of me in line. The window was opened but you could hear employees talking for over 5 minutes. Then a woman comes to the door and yells were closed (at 4:30) and proceeded to slam the door shut! In the past when its getting close to closing and there is a line, multiple employees will help out. Bad customer service is just not acceptable. Yet when it comes to any government agency there seems to be no concept of assisting the people who pay their salary. Why do I continue to is a po box? Because our mail gets stolen!!!!! I hate this place.

New piece of s*** lady work at this PO now.. worst customer service. I went to post office in raleys on morada but they cant process international mail so had to come here. Arrived at 450 n lady gave me custom forms.. started filling em out n took abt 5 mins since I had to use new mailing envelope as well. Got done at 505 n she said she cant help bcuz custom mail takes too much time. WHAT THE ACTUAL F***. U gotta help the customers who are already inside. This is really messed up. These kinda employees shud stay in the back n sort the mail n never do customer service. :/

they get 1 star for being idiots. they get paid to lose peoples packages. i have hold mail on my address because my house caught fire, they were holding it a few times but now when i go in there they act like im speaking alien and they have no clue what im talking about.It makes me wonder how they even have jobs. hire me i know how to read addresses. And another thing why look at peoples id cards if you dont pay attention to what mail you hand them!!!!!!!!!

Have been waiting for a Christmas Package for the past 2 days. Sent by my mom who is elderly and now having panic attacks! First day notice says when I track that they were unable to deliver due to non secure drop off and a door tag was left. Funny thing is that we were home eating dinner and of course no tag was left. Today second day and still no package delivery! Starting to think USPS has hired thieves to deliver packages!

No one ever answers the phone, they have managed to lose one of my packages but indicated it was delivered and 2 1/2 weeks later it turns up on my porch. Then they mark another package undelivered-address invalid. I contact the seller and we do a 3way call and USPS said they would reschedule for a Tuesday delivery and here it is Wednesday and still no package. Worst service ever needs new management!!!

I sat next to my front door with it open so that I wont miss the package delivery. The usps tracking system gets updated and says a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left at the exact time I was sitting and waiting by the open door. I checked my mail-box just to be sure. No notice there either. so this courier is either a lazy liar or an under-qualified delivery person that cant read addresses.

I tried to call to located a missing package. The phone system was a joke - when you press 0 to speak to a receptionist the phone rings ten times, then asks you to leave a message, but then the recording says you cant leave a message because the mail box is full. If you press 0 to try again you will experience the same thing three times, after which you will just be hung up on.

Worst post office in stocktonl!!! Every time im Supposed to receive anythin bigger then an envelope they claim its an "Attempted" delivery when they didnt attemp at all no one comes to your door at all if your going to do your job all half ass and lazy either get NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Or Close your doors until you can provide better service to your customers

Package was to be delivered Saturday. Delivery person messed up. Attempted to pick up my package from the facility and that was not possible due to the delivery vehicle being out on multiple routes. Monday morning got a phone call at 7:52 am to come get my package. Arrived at 8:30 and the post office is not even open.

Their only specialty is losing your mail. Two out of the last five weeks my Sports Illustrated doesnt show up. Theyve lost certified letters when you come in to pick up. They always blame the sender when something is either missing or never shows up. They are blameless in their eyes.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Its true, they dont ever pick up the phone. Recently, they messed up my shipment. It says delivered but nothing ever came. And now this is the second time waiting for mail... 6 hrs later and nothing came, they have let me down again!. SMH

Service at this location and the postal person suck!! I never heard of them taking all your mail out of your box when its too full. So now items that have tracking numbers say they were delivered when in fact the post office has them again.

Should of read the rating earlier, but have no choice they are designated to my mail route. Have not recieved my mail and nobody anwsers the phone line. And also unable to leaving a message on voice mail box due to it being full.

Called several times during their open hours for urgent business and no one picked up. I couldnt even leave a message because the mailbox was full. Do not use this mail center, there are far better ones in the area.
