I have had nothing but problems with this post office for years now. Theyve lost my mail, delivered to the wrong address, delivered other peoples mail (who dont even live on the same street!).They have claimed to have left packages in the parcel locker, but when checked the locker was empty, and the package was at the post office. They also simply refuse to deliver packages citing "no access" or "no safe delivery location" or some other complete nonsense. The mail carrier has complained about the weight of a bag of dog food, while watching my 74 year old mother pick it up out of the truck and carry it in. I have also watched my mail carrier throw a package over my gate, rather than opening it (not locked!) and stepping in the four feet to the front door. I have complained repeatedly, and been entirely ignored. Ive contacted the postmaster in the past, and called the 800 number. They simply dont follow up. This place is ridiculous, and if I could avoid using them I absolutely would.

They have hours posted saying closes at 5 yet I go at 4 and guess what... they are closed. So dont go at 4 people. I have had negative after negative experience at this place.

I always had good customer service at the Olivehurst Post Office, and they always have treated me very well , and nothing negative from them..

Not sure why all the complaints. Ray is the best at this place. Never had a problem or really had to wait in line.
