This post office is TERRIBLE! We went there to get pass ports and the lady who was working was so rude to us! We had a few questions and she yelled and I mean yelled and my twelve year old child and myself. I was so upset, when I asked to speak with the supervisor her response was, "we dont have one". So, I asked if there was a contact phone number or email for the supervisor, she threw Yes threw our paperwork at us and and yelled NEXT! We left without getting our pass ports and I was so upset over the situation...how dare she yell at my child and throw something at me! DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a package that I needed to return to a difficult customer and at first I was looking at having to pay quite a bit to ship it in the same box I received it in. However, the friendly helpful staff, specifically a gentleman named Dean, helped me find and option that was quick, easy and at no cost to me. There was another lady with glasses, that was also very friendly and greeted me as I walked in, but I didnt catch her name. The only down side of this location is getting in and out of that difficult and ALWAYS full parking lot

We have lost, missing mail on-going for years. Our carrier has a reputation for delivering mail to the wrong address...constantly. I now have an expensive item I am attempting to track. Last conversation with mail personnel at zip 95758 I was told my address is non-existing!! After receiving mail here for 12 years. Calling system is screwed up...either the lines are constantly busy or we get a "mail box is full" message. Last message I got from is that my package was not scanned out of post office....

Here to get my passport. Terrible customer service. No clear sign of direction of what to do when you get in. Theres a ticket youre suppose to grab while you wait in the waiting room but no one says anything and theres no clear indication and direction for you to do so. Two hours has gone by and the lady working gets up from her desk and quietly walks to the back with two envelope. Apparently she went on lunch or something without telling anyone. Terrible service if you ask me.

I visited the Passport section of the office. When you walk in there is nothing indicating that you must take a number .They need a sign with instructions. Other people waiting in the lobby usualy point you in the right direction to take a number. After that you complete your paperwork and wait to be called. The gentleman at the desk is polite and helps you if mistakes are made but YOU MAKE THE PROCESS LONGER! Overall not a bad office way easier than DMV.

Employees are very rude and inconsiderate. You walk in and there is absolutely no guidance. Once you get to the desk and if you dont have everything correct you will pretty much get yelled at. Its too bad that I had to come here for my children otherwise I wish I couldve avoided these people all together.

Most of the older employees are very helpful and friendly. Theres a couple of ladies who arent too good (one of them older WF with blondish, wiry hair). Fast and efficient location.

Passport side is open till 6:30 pm and the snap your photo .... life saver for anyone who works all day
