Called today at around 4:45pm to figure out where my package was at. It was not delivered to the adress it was supposed to because I abviously do not have it. The website says it has been "delivered" since feb. 24 it is now March 2nd. Well any who I called and spoke to Ginael. Dont think I spelled her name correctly but anyway I explained my situation and let her know I was wondering if my package was there. Keep in mind I had my tracking number ready, her response to me was "and how would I know that?". Well......u work at the post office what information do you need from me!? Her response was rude, the way she said it was with an attitude. It was honestly a really dumb question, as a customer service agent you should try to help me and make me feel comfortable and not like u want me to get off the phone. Well I gave her my tracking number and after that she just told me she could not help me and I needed to call tomorrow to speak to someone of the name Noel. I will be calling and I hope he will be able to assist me and hope he will have a way better attitude then what she had. One last thing I am a very easy going person but this just agitated me.

If I could give a zero. They let some random person pick up my package without ID. When I called looking for it because my tracking said delivered. The supervisor first tells me if they have a slip they dont ask for ID. Then when I say, so some random person can walk in with a slip you just give them a package with out checking? She then says oh wait it was picked up by someone before we put it in your box and we have to check ID. You lady are a Liar because I would have my package if that was the case. Then when I ask her what now.She is just says well I dont know because somebody you know picked it up. How!! If you ask for ID no one but me or my husband could pick it up!! This is the supervisor by the way.

My experience with the post master, Jennelle (white American, looks like in her late 50s), in this post office reminds me that the seed of discrimination is still hidden in some Americans hearts. I am an Asian; I went there last week, arriving at 5pm, I know I was late, so Jennelle turned me away, when I was about to leave by car, I saw a lady (white American) walking into the post office. I thought she would be turned away, so out of my curiosity, I walked back into the post office and found out that Jennelle let her get the postal service to pick up her package. I hope Jennelle and people like Jennelle can learn to respect people from different racial backgrounds. I

This post office claims to have delivered two packages onto our front porch at 1820 Mariposa Way, Brentwood, Ca.94513 at 6:19, Monday, Dec. 12. TOTALLY UNTRUE!!!! We were here, No Packages were delivered! Packages were from Amazon, tracking are available but unable to be reported online dysfunctional usps website. This is virtual stealing as it is impossible to access usps online for packages said to be delivered but werent. This is a small tight knit community where everyone knows everyone, non pilfering. THESE PACKAGES WERE NOT DELIVERED AND RECOURSE IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. HOWEVER, not giving up, and I INTEND to pursue this until these packages are found!

Wish I could have given them a ZERO! Worse service ever!!! My family and I had an appointment for 3 weeks to get passports. Lady that addresses us was rude, basically said you dont have a copy of your ids, sorry you need to reschedule and basically walked away from us. We arrived 20 mins early, could have left and came back in time, but she didnt attempt to accommodate for us at all. If youre planning a vacation and need a passport, even within a reasonable amount of time, dont go to Brentwood. On the other hand pittsburg post office accepted walk ins and were more than willing to take us and make copies for us for a small fee.

I own an online business and have to ship packages via USPS. This is the worst post office. They do not scan packages in upon drop off so it appears to your customers that you did not ship them out when you said you did. Ive reached out to the manager numerous times. He responded the first time but ignored my follow up emails that it was continuing. I spoke to the clerk behind the counter and she said flat out they cant be bothered to scan packages because they get too many. Terrible customer service!

Worst post office ever. People inside are rude. Postmaster is incompetent. My postman is the worst. He delivers are mail to other peoples mailboxes. He has done this so many times and I have lost so many packages I had to get a po box. I have to pay extra because these people are idiots. I would love to talk to them face to face but they ignore anyone that has a problem

I dont even know why I have bothered using this post office. They are incredibly slow, so there is always a line to the door, and if you drop packages inside, they dont scan them for hours after they were dropped off. Completely unreliable, lazy, rude.

Everyone who works there is rude, dismissive, doesnt want to help, and cuts you off when youre spreaking. I hate going into this post office and if there was an additional one that was local I would go there instead.

The Brentwood post office is no longer at this address. It is now at 18 Oak Street in Brentwood. There is a day care facility at 760 1st Street in Brentwood.

Very nice staff. Brentwood needs two post offices now that the city has spread so far to the west.
