Terrible and Very Unprofessional. Also more expensive than the rest. I called with an important task and I believe "Dan" said he would take care of it, even though it was close to their cutoff time which he had told me about early in the day. I called him 10 minutes before cut off time. He agreed to do it, then I mentioned that I had shopped around for other couriers and he got furious and nearly hung up - instead, he did something even worse - He agreed to take the job, and then failed to deliver, call me, communicate, anything! Incredibly rude. I had a weird feeling and so I contacted another courier (DareDevil Courier) and they took care of business without question. These guys are highly unprofessional. I do business regularly and these guys should be ashamed, or at least Dan. Shame on you. P.S - I almost NEVER write reviews but considering how important this was and how bad you failed me, I feel its important to warn others of your rudeness, how unprofessional you are, and to find another courier.

Capitol Couriers has excellent service! I can always be sure the job will be done right for all my Sacramento court runs. I also use them for all my process serving and always get the best service. I highly recommend them!
