I am VERY upset with oakley postal service, they have accepted 4 parcels from my grand children and that is the last bit of tracking they have in their system. I went in after numerous failed attempts to get in touch with an employee, I am disgusted with the temperament that was expressed from the employee. She was very rude, told me to file a claim and looked at the gentleman behind me as if she was telling me she was done and he was next. I will NEVER forget the amount of disrespect I felt and hope a manager reads into this. Very poor service.

they are very rude, I have an online store and they have lost over 42 packages in 2.5 months, I have consumer affairs involved and they are shocked by oakley post office!!! Even more recently I saw a post on facebook that another person posted about how they dont know where packages they were waiting on from ebay and the tracking says that they were excepted into oakley but 3 weeks later they still have not been delivered to his home! I would never use this post office ever again!

Do not use this post office if you are shipping valuables, they have lost numerous of my packages and the manager even had the nerve to tell me to "file a claim and Except the outcome for what it is"!!! seriously. Their yelp reviews and ratings are dead on, wish I had read them before I decided to use this post office.

VERY friendly staff. Yvonne was so helpful with my international mail questions. She went above and beyond with her customer service skills. This is not the closest Post Office to me but I will definitely go back there for my postal needs.

Flat rate shipping boxes or enevelopes "if it fitss it ships" are the way to ship. For the everyday person who needs to send anything it costs us big $$$ Always a wait. Small post office. 5 stars for the emplyees!!
