Called this store in advance to verify that a service offered by my bank could be accomplished. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me that sometimes the machine didnt work properly and offered to check it before I came over. As she was checking, in the background I could hear someone speaking to her and she said "Okay, I love you, good bye." I thought that was a little unprofessional but none of my business. She returned her attention to the phone and told me the machine was working properly. I arrived at the store at the end of my work day. There were two tellers, both busy, a man waiting and I was next in line. There were also a couple of young (4 or 5 year old) children behind the counter demanding attention and the clerk kept breaking off what she was doing with her customer to attend the child. As I waited, the store started to get busy. Lots of people filing in, the kids running back and forth behind the counter and I could tell the clerks were getting flustered. When my turn came, I went to the counter and told the woman what I was after. Without even looking at her computer or anything else she said, "Yeah, but that machine doesnt work." I told her I had called and confirmed before coming over. Again without taking her eyes off of me she said, "Its not working. It quit working an hour ago" I asked her if she could check since itd been an hour and she looked me straight in the eye and said "Its still not working, sorry..." then she looked past me, over my shoulder and said "Next!" I cannot believe the astounding rudeness, unprofessional atmosphere and surly service at this place. I called my bank and explained to them what happened. They were very displeased and took my complete statement to include a description of the person who "helped" me. Apparently the bank has a contract with UPS and there are certain terms of that contract that must be filled. Fascinating.

After researching how to legally ship my shotgun to the manufacturer, I learned I could ship through UPS, Fed Ex or the postal service, but most gun owners recommended UPS or Fed Ex. I took my shotgun to this store, making sure it was disassembled and packaged according to the law before my arrival. Upon arriving to the store, the clerk asked me what I was shipping and because I knew the law required me declare what was inside, I did. The clerk then informed me it was store policy to refuse the shipment of guns. I will not be returning this store again. I am not a criminal, my weapon does not randomly shoot people. If the store is not capable of training their employees how to properly ship legally shippable items, they should not be in business.

The pricing of this store is not even close to what UPS or USPS or Fedex stores would normally charged. As a franchise they can charge what ever they want apparently as i was charged tripled for insurance then UPS standard rates. I asked to speak with the person in charge and I was speaking with the manager. She really did not know much about why i was charged so much other then that is what the owner sets the prices at. I asked to speak to the owner and I never received a phone call back. They will not see my business again. The young lady in charge did ask if i wanted a refund and she was nice but the pricing is not worth the convenience.

My package was opened, by either staff, carriers, or in between. This store offered nothing in confirmation of damaged goods for proof for a RTS.
