I am honestly shocked this place is still open. The older guy that works here has an obvious mental problem and anger issues. He is hard of hearing and instead of acknowledging his physical and mental defects, he abuses patrons. The 3-4 times I have gone in for time constraints, I have been treated so rude that I will never go back to this establishment. Just read the other reviews! This place should be shut down.

The lady who works here is really grouchy -- She always acts like shes being inconvenienced when she has to help a customer. Also, I cant believe how high their prices are. I recommend going elsewhere.

Very nice. Willing to help. Doesnt charge for tape like the other ups store in Livermore. Great experience. Would rather drive the extra mile to not have to deal with the other Livermore ups store.
