I wish there was an option on giving negative points for review. I had a bad experience today when I went to this postal annex location for using western services. I was sending money overseas to my sisters bank account and western union didnt charge any service fee for that transaction. The Asian Indian women "dolly" who was helping me with the transaction became upset that there was no fee for the transaction she said " I have to provide device without any fee?" Then she also said " I am going to say that my machine is broken next time if anyone come for western union transaction with no fee " I was appalled on her rude behavior. I told her to complain to western union if she doesnt like their policy or stop offering money transfer services. I have been using postal Annex at Bernal/San ignacio for years and they have very good customer service. Today their western union service was down and I end up going to this Indian women place.

I went in to return a package, I had the return label and just needed to tape it on there. The indian lady hands me over a plastic slip and tell me to put packet inside. The slip wont open so I paste the return label on that slip, and wait for lady to come back to help me. She tells me in a rude way, I told you put it on top of return label on package she yanks envelope and tells me SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO USE YOUR BRAIN! Thats the last time I go there.

I m not sure why most people complain about that place and the staff I often go there because the USPS store is far from my home and I never had a bad experience with the staff always great me well and nice to the kids and me.

The indian lady is rude.
