the worst post office to get mail through. My family is military and nothing gets to you on time, I have talked to the manager and she doesnt care much about anything let alone your mail. For Christmas my kids were expecting tablets that my father mailed not only to my children but my sisters as well in Texas. They received theirs on time so my father thought it was strange we didnt. so I asked the mail man who was rude saying he didnt have it. I called and spoke with the manager and she said it didnt come in, I explained the situation and about 25 minutes later the mail man who said it wasnt on his truck came knocking at the door AND my package was OPENED!!! Was he trying to steal it? was my question to them and the first answer was "hes a good employee". well explain why he lied AND had an attitude AND explain why my package was open? Im waiting on a letter from LOMPC FCI for my son from his father that he sent 2 weeks ago and yet and still it hasnt arrived. They are the poorest individuals when it comes to professionalism and the proper turn around time.

I have used N.Highlands P.O.since 1996 when I first started selling online. I actually live in Roseville but was unable to get a Box hence why I am at N.H. The staff are overwhelmingly professional and courteous. Every single one of them. It is a very busy office and on occasion when I am in line they always greet incoming.. all incoming customers... in welcoming manner. All my items have tracking so in all these years I have only had a few occasions when issues have arisen but they have always gone out of their way to try to resolve. Considering my volume I have nothing but praise for the way this office is run. I have also noticed that the passport requests appears to be a well organized process which does not hamper the overall heavy incoming postal traffic. I definitely have been lax about not passing on my appreciation for the many years of superb serivice they have provided me in my 19 years of Ebaying and want to be sure they know how much their friendship and service is appreciated.

Almost all the employees at this post office are great. Most that work there are very helpful and the helper postal person in between the door and the line really cuts down on people too. Theres one female that works there that is horrible, shes usually the employee on the end closest to the wall. Shes incredibly rude, doesnt ask the required USPS questions and prints labels prematurely due to not asking the correct questions and she wont give cash back for ATM purchases even though theyre supposed to (all the other employees give cash back when using a debit card). I removed one star due to her attitude because shes really awful, super rude and unhelpful. I removed another star due to the second issue. Recently, due to hobos sleeping in the lobby at night - they turned the 24 hour PO Box pickup time to 7pm and its closed completely on Sundays. That is a REALLY poor way to handle that issue!!! I have an almost impossible time picking up my mail now.

The mailman that we have had since we moved here over 2 years ago is extremely rude and refuses to talk to us. We will greet him with a smile and a hello and thank you, all we get in return is a scowl and umh in return. We will go days without mail (even on days when the grocery ads are supposed to be delivered) then we get a mountain of mail all at once. When packages are supposed to be delivered he will either place a card in our mailbox without even knocking or he will place it on our porch with our mail on top of it (mail should be placed in the mailbox). There has been many cases where we never receive mail that should have been delivered (important things like bills). I can not wait for this grouch to retire! Though, we may end up with a p.o. box before he does finally retire!

I went into this location to pay for postage and have items date stamped. I handed the items to the cashier (African American short hair cut) and she told me "she wasnt doing all of those." As a person with a disability that is not visual to the eye, I didnt argue and just planed the stamps on the times. I called the location and spoke to the "supervisor" about the incident this past sat and he acted as if it wasnt an issue but said he would have the manager contact me back. 1 week later I have not had a response or call from the manager. Very concerned with the way complaints or issues are handled.

My neighbors and I have to trade mail periodically and today I found they returned a package they held onto 23 days before "putting a notice on my door" .They didnt . Ive been here many times. Sometimes there are shady people, but you simply ignore them and they dont bother you. Ive had the following experience several times at this office: I came in to mail a package to a former employee or to return items. An employee (by the name/last name of Snipes) greeted me and made some great suggestions regarding how to make my shipping easier and cheaper. He was professional and courteous to my individual needs. He definitely left a good impression on this office.

REALLY??? I dont know why I even put mail out anymore to get picked up!! The postman is so damn lazy I cant tell you how many times Ive had to go to the post office myself to get my mail out. This is especially hard when its time sensitive. Ive even had mail delivered yet not picked up. I put it out at 6 am!!! Seriously?? So tired of this crap.

Thank u, I have different mail people so I understand mistakes happen. This office is always able to fix it and have great customer service. Delivered to my packages next door but they directed me to my neighbors where they did have them. Was supposed to call him back but school called and phone died. But thank you!!

My favorite part is when im waiting for a package and I watch the mailman drive away only to find a "sorry we missed you.. please pick up your package at the post office" note in my mail box. Weve complained numerous times to the post office and Ive even emailed them complaints but nothing happens.

This is the post office I use. I sell alot of items on eBay and Ive never had a complaint about items being anything but on time. The staff is nice, but its the automated machine that I go for! They do alot for how small the location is. Recommended! A+++

African American lady with short hair told me that I cant return a package at this location because its UPS ground. Ive returned UPS ground packages here before, dont know what she was talking about. She was rude about it too.
