Ive been using the Carmichael Box Shop to drop off my packages for FedEx over the course of ten years. I was very pleased when Candace, the new owner, took over the business, eight or so years ago. The old owner was very unkind and many, many horror stories emanated from her poor customer service and lack of people skills. Candace and her staff (TJ, Jan, Kenai, Tanya) are AWESOME! Everyone there is professional, helpful, friendly, down to earth and its no wonder that the business is growing/thriving each year and there is virtually no turnover rate among the employees. 5 star all the way!

I went in today with two huge open boxes filled with leftovers from a friends move that I needed to ship to her. Along with that I had a couple bags of more mismatch stuff and a big stack of papers. The people here were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, helping me carry the boxes and even helping me go through the contents to sort things out trying to keep my cost down. Great service, great people!

Carmichael Box Shop is by far the best mailbox/livescan/shipping store I have ever been to. It is well organized, super clean, has very friendly and attentive staff, and they help people very quickly. If you use any mailbox or livescan services you absolutely should check out Carmichael Box Shop.
