I was going online to check the operating hours of this store, and noticed the poor reviews. Im glad its not just me. I go there only because it is conveniently located. (Most of) the workers there, especially the brunette in her 50s, act like they are doing you a huge favor when you wish to send something, and if you dare ask a further question on some information theyve stated you get the look of "take it or leave it" - like its some kind of personal stand-off with them. Last time, I left it. I went to go find the post office in Roseville instead, after I ascertained that the service overseas that I needed wasnt available. Oh, by the way, do NOT ask them for directions or youll be looked at like youre an idiot, and spoken to loudly and rudely as such with much eye-rolling. It should be noted that I am very mild mannered and kind (was not at all rude to them, and never have been). I always wonder about the nature of the reviewer when Im reading these. =) I gave this establishment two stars only because they have never lost any of my packages, and also there are two fairly good workers there (the teenage guy being one). Its hit and miss with them though as they seem to be part time. I am going to take my package to BelAir today, in a personal stand against bad customer service.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would take my postal business to either Bel Aire next door, or the UPS Store on foothills and junction. I brought a pre-paid box in, it was taped up, I just needed some tape for the label. I asked the owner (Im assuming) if I could purchase some tape for the label. He said "Ill do it", and didnt. I stood there for a second and said, "May I have a receipt for leaving this off?", He said "no", but you can write down the tracking number", and just stood there. I then said, "the UPS store gives me a receipt when I drop something off", he said "Maybe you should go to the UPS store then". I said, "well, I can write the tracking number down", and he said "yes, you can write the tracking number down", and we stood there looking at each other, while he had 2 pens sitting right in front of him. At any rate, I would avoid this business like the plague, I have never encountered worse customer service in my life.

The people working here are just awful. I went asking for help, telling them that I didnt want something notarized, and they kept saying they wouldnt notarize it. They told me that no one in the state of California would, not only, not notarize what I wanted, but that no one would help me with the form I needed help with. I would have to drive to Nevada to get the work done I needed. That didnt make sense to me so I left and made one phone call, to a UPS store and they would notarize the form I wanted and they would also just help me fill it out the way I wanted without notarizing it, if thats what I wanted. The people working at this store are ignorant, rude and liars. Avoid this store at all costs and go with professionals that are close by this place and much more willing to help you. As an added bonus the charge for whatever it is that you want will most likely be much lower as this store over charges for everything.

I have been using Postal Annex services for the past six months because my work is right across the street and it has been convenient, but over the past few months, I have really learned what this store really is made of and how how rude the people are over there. I have never been to a more disorganized postal store in my life. The employees are not knowledgeable at all and the owner (Steve) is a real jerk and talks down to his wife all the time and tells her to shut up when he is talking. I am a 5 6" 115lb. female and every time I walk into the store with large boxes, he never ask me if I need any help while he clearly sees me struggling with the boxes trying to get them up onto the counter. He makes derogatory comments toward me saying because I am a woman, thats the reason I could not lift the boxes up. Total jerk! Dont ever use this facility.

The lady who works here is very nice and easy to talk to. The gray haired man is a douche to be as nice as I could. That guy is a total jerk and talks to you in a condescending manner the whole way through. I called the Postal Annex and the lady answered all my questions when I came in it was a different story the guy was helping me and he completely contradicted everything the lady said. I shouldve brought it up but he was being such a jerk and tough guy that i didnt want to even be there anymore. please fire this person.

I go there once a week there nice people that let me drop my packages off without any questions and none of them have been lost and my wifes been there and had no problems either. I dont ask for directions thats what google maps is for and BEL-air always has 1 window open and tons of people waiting in line they also cry about label placement. I use postal annex for my fed ex needs if i wanted to mail a USPS package i would do it at the USPS office right around the corner.

The 40ish white guy is a total douchebag. While trying to work out how to ship internationally this guy was useless and had an attitude that was leading the interaction is a really wrong way. I got the distinct impression this guy would intentionally botch the shipping to screw me over. No sale pal. Later. In the future will drive all the way to AIM in Rocklin just to avoid this guy.

We moved here 2 years ago and Ive gone to Postal Annex for all my shipping needs and to have things notarized. They have always been very helpful an kind. Yes, it costs a little more than the post office, but they are conveniently located, so its worth it to me. Plus, they are always so friendly and take the time to answer my questions.

Postal Annex has the best customer service by far! I go there every month for all my shipping needs. Bel Air next door offers the same services, but too often their lines are too long. At Postal Annex Im in and out in minutes.

What a scam to print 3pages of documents for $3.45 because you have to rent their computer for $3.00 for 10 mins????! They should have at least a general email account for customers to send their document for printing.

Went in looking for stamps, the girl who helped me was very pleasant and efficient. I was out within 10 minutes to buy the stamps and mail a couple of packages.
