Great service here but their prices for packaging are sky high. I recently sent out a framed art photograph from this location. Granted, the size was very large, and they had to build a special box for it (basically, jimmying two boxes together). STILL - the price they charged me for two boxes, labor, bubble wrap and foam peanuts was SEVENTY DOLLARS. That is outrageous. In the future, I will go to FedEx or USPS - much cheaper rates for both packaging and ground shipping.

Hope youre not in a hurry. There is always a line, and the folks behind the counter, although nice, are confused by anything more complicated than, "I need to buy a stamp." And I really hope you dont need to get ahold of them by phone. If they do answer, odds are good youll be put "on hold" (the phone is just placed on the counter) while they help the 7 people in line in the store before coming back to you.

This place is very convenient for me to return all of my wifes Amazon stuff and ship an occasional package of my own. Friendly staff and of course there are lines sometimes, but Im usually prepaid so I just drop and go. No complaints here!!

The people at the store are quick and helpful! I have had to work under a deadline a few times, and they always come through. Much better to work directly with the store. Unfortunately, the UPS website is difficult to use and misleading.

Excellent service!! The people there were so helpful this past Christmas season when I had TONS of boxes to send off. They helped me bring them in and were patient with all the sorting. Very nice people...all of them in there.

Amazing variety of services offered including PO Boxes, Live Scan, key duplicates, notary, printing, shipping, etc... Moreover, the staff really cares about helping people and are excellent at what they do.

I print a lot of stuff for business and I can always count on them having it ready. I email my order to them and by the time i get over there they have it ready.
