The incompetence of staff at this store is mind boggling and the poor attitude of certain employees is downright offensive. I recently chose this store to send a small package internationally. Although I thought the price they quoted me seemed a bit high, I was in a hurry and decided to pay it anyway out of convenience. Four days later my package (which should have been at its destination by this point) arrived at my front door, marked as undeliverable because the applied postage was not enough. I went directly to the post office and discovered that I had been overcharged by about $30, and that they had mislabeled just about everything on the package (not enough stamps, incorrect customs forms etc). When I returned to complain I received no apology and had to argue a little to get a refund....and my package was late. Save yourself some trouble, go directly to the Post Office. At least then when the employees are incompetent and surly its understandable as they are government employees.

Do not use this store or their computer or print anything from there. Anyone who says differently is oblivious. The store clerks are rude and act like oh yeah just print it over here, then when youre done they charge you 4 bucks for what is maybe 5 cents worth of paper and electricity to print it out there. Im giving them 1 star becuase the clerks are always rude there and refused to just nicely let me know theres a hidden fee. I shouldve walked out before paying that and went to fedex and i will from now on. Youve lost a customer for good. Too many problems with UPS. Print at home, anything you do there they will charge you. Including for using a single piece of tape. No generosity there at all. Like "hey heres a piece of tape let me help you". Nope. Instead its "i will only help you if you give us 50 cents for that piece of tape" Just cheap tactics.

I have had two business mail boxes at this location for a year now. I have never had a problem with my mail. I also ship regularly from this location and they handle my questions and concerns without any problems. I go in at different times during the week and find all of the staff I encounter pleasant and friendly and they have come to know me at this location. I appreciate their service and convenience. Regarding the other post, UPS in general is overpriced for international shipments; the P.O has more economical choices for that. Plus, this location will not sell you international postage for USPS; they only ship UPS (though you can drop off regular mail there that isnt international).

Not only was my package routed incorrectly, but when I called to try and find where it was, the employee on the phone let it be quite clear to me that she really had a lot of other "more important" things to get done. She stated that she was really busy and did not want to spend time on the phone with me and my problem. As a result, not only was I treated badly, but she just answered "I do not know" to every question I asked so she could be done with the call. Unbelievable! For those who have had better service, they obviously have not had contact with this particular employee.

They are not equipped to handle heavy or oversized packages. Went in with a 125lb package, they have no floor scale and made us lift it up onto counter and tried to weigh on a tiny little scale. Couldnt get accurate weight and was told it could only be shipped via freight. Went to fedex store, they greeted us at the door and told us to come to the back to the floor scale, 125lbs shipped ground no questions asked. If your going to run a shipping store get the correct equipment to do the job

I got there 10 min before 5:00pm to find the doors already locked, and yea I know thats cutting it close it should still have been open though. That wasnt the biggest issues after I got the dirtiest look from the older women working there she strolled on over opened the door and rudely told me the registers were closed and she wouldnt help me. She then promptly closed the door and left with out even letting me talk. All I had to do was a drop off no purchase of any kind was needed.

The notary was unable to complete a simple request of signing an initial - ing a form I had. She claimed providing me a slip with a stamp on it is "all she was required to do by California law" I would not recommend this notary unless you have some brain dead simple California state document you need, anything more complicated than that, you are just wasting your time.

Super helpful and friendly staff!! Every time I have vistited this location, I have been extreamly happy with the level of service that i have recieved. The staff is knowledgeable, and have saved me time and money. They have completed last minute rush print jobs for me with, within minutes. I highly reccomend this store, by far a great place to do business!

This is the only ups store close to my house and I go there once every other week. Staff is good, especially the tall thin dude. One major complaint though; i bring in big boxes for which it is impossible to pull the door open while handling them. Either make it an automatic door or a push door plz.

The young lady is one of the most unfriendly service personnel that Ive ever experinced. Acts bored and bothered. Theres another UPS Store at 4010 Foothill, Roseville. Very nice people and good service. I go there now. How Im treated when being served is of paramount important to me.

I would give them 0 stars but I dont think that is an option. We came here for notary services and were treated very poorly. I felt as though the gal who was helping us thought we were doing something criminal. I will never use this UPS Store for anything.

I really dont know what Jeff is talking about. He is crazy! I was expecting a package on Xmas eve. I talk to this guy and he helped me enough to put my mind at ease. Dont be so quick to judge Jeff, just b/c your mad doesnt mean take it out on them!

Went there today to ship an item and make copies. The staff was very helpful, even kept my kids occupied while I copied! The ladies were very nice & everything went smoothly. I will go there again next time I need something

If I could leave negative 100 stars I would those ladies in there are rude and have over sized egos. Told me state of California is wrong with their sworn statements. And couldnt sign it. DO NOT EVER GO THERE.
