Worst customer service, went in there looking for a extractor set. Keep in mind I dont know what it is nonetheless what it looks like. So I told the guy what I needed and that I needed help because I didnt know exactly what I was looking for. Instead of helping me out and showing me some extractors to give me an idea. All he said was all our drills are in aisle 4 go look for one that fits it. Hmmmmm, okay? So Im here looking blankly in aisle 4 looking confused because even though I told this associates multiple times I didnt know what I was looking, he just sends me to aisle 4, leaving me overwhelmed with so many tools. I left and told my spouse about it. He calls and talks to the manager. The guy remembers me and says "all she asked was where do you have the extractor set, she didnt say I need help looking for one" that is complete bullshit. I have worked as a sales associate and never thrown any customers under the bus. Even if they know what they are looking for, I take them and show them. The manager needs to take more classes on how to provide good customer service and so do all the associates there Ill be going to OReillys from now on, their associates where much more helpful than Autozone.

Bad service asked them to help me check my brake light if it was out..the manager responded that they couldnt step outside the store after 5pm....wtf...this is not no hood to be scared for ur life to help out a customer. ...so i left. Never again. They need some management training .
