I took my car in for them to fix the ac. the rep told me that it would cost me $950. heres the breakdown-$650.00 for the compressor and the rest on labor and tax. so i went to autozone and other auto parts stores for a compressor quote. autozone: $350...oreillys: $360. I was like why was their price so high compare to other stores? It would be understandable if the price difference was within $50 but for them to charge $300 more for a damn compressor is ridiculous. my mama didnt raise no fool. i must admit they were really nice but i dont know if they use that to rip people off. i guess that a part of the business. PLEASE DONT RIP PEOPLE OFF WITH UR PRICES

I had a consistent loss of air in my front right tire. I checked on line and this place was by far the cheapest... others were $25, Firestone on Locust was $16 with a current discount. I had my tire "fixed" on Thurs. or Friday and had to return on Monday with the leak in the tire. Evidently, there were several holes in my tire. They said that the leak happened after the first fix. So I went 26,000 miles with no problems and then I get 2 holes in 100 miles... Catch my drift? I cant prove it but I would look for another place. It was cheap but I had to do this job twice and pay twice. You decide for yourself.

Seriously? Took my Dodge Caliber in in November of 2013 because it was making a clunking noise when I made a turn. Firestone said they could fix it and charged me $1500 to do so. The second I drove it off the firestone lot, it made the same noise. Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I couldnt take it back right away to complain. Took it back two weeks ago and they said theyd fix it. Well, they replaced everything they did the first time. Great. It still clunks. So, if you want your car to be fixed, AND you dont want to get ripped off, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!

Always trying to upsell... They wanted to charge 30 bucks to simply install a battery I just paid 160$ for. I told them no, I wasnt going to pay 30$ for 2 minutes of work I could do myself, so they dropped the charge. Thats their game, to upsell you crap you dont need. Brought my mustang at 10am and was told that couldnt change the oil they were at capacity.... At 10 am?? And I was going to leave it.. Firestone is only there to take your money and sell you whatever crap they think youll buy. Profit profit profit. Dont go here especially for tires or major work!!!!

Had alignment done a week ago on car in knoxville. Noticed steering wheel not centered and car had slight pull on trip to Louisville ky. This fire stone shows it way out of alignment. Amazing how 300 miles could make a relatively new car so out of alignment. They have no explanation. Needless to say I dont trust their ability to service a car.

Went in and paid for a new tire, brake change and an oil change. Left with a broken cap off the wheel with the tire change, skid plate down and a tire sensor light on, which Ill also have to pay for. It worth the risk of getting run over doing it yourself on the street then going here...

If you have a flat tire with a screw, dont bring it there. They will try to get you to purchase a new tire knowing it can be fix. I highly do not recommend this place. Straight scammers.
