Excellent customer service! After my horror show with the Midas located in Norwalk i decided to try this one. When i called i was given prompt and great service. The representative on the phone was very patient and helpful with all of my questions. I was able to make my appointment with no hassle. I arrived at the shop at 7:15am and they were ready to service my car. I did not have to wait very long. Norwalk said it would take 4 hours. This place gave my car a full inspection and oil change and tire rotation in just 30 minutes. During the inspection the technician would only point out any potential problems and let me know. He did not try to sell me services unless i specifically asked if they could repair it. The staff was very efficient although a bit unfriendly. They were polite enough but could be a little more cheerful. Also the shop was a bit messy and the parking lot was a nightmare of waiting customers with almost no space whatsoever. However all things considered, I will most likely get my oil changes here in the future Also it was nice to see that there were no hidden fees or anything.

I got my brakes done lifetime warranty and got the roders done a week late the same noise occurred took it back they had to redo them 2 weeks later same thing I wont be using this shop again, they have no clue as to what they are doing also said I need to have my drive shaft done and that was a lie

Came in.here for regular check up on.a problem.I was having and I walked.In the office to.ask.for service they said they were really busy understaffed.and.couldnt.help me.at all.always busy here.
