Watch Out your auto accessories and personal belongings before you leave your car in this Body Shop. My car was towed in after the accident (I brought in my car here because they are one of contracted Auto body shop with AAA). My car was kept in their yard with fence, and await insurance decisions. They charged $45.00 per day to my insurance if you did not repair your car (I did not know until later). Their receiptionist and estimator reacted very friendly initially. However, after they knew my car had been determined in total loss. The day before I released my car from the body shop to my insurance, I found that my auto floor mats (there were very high quality and clean), and my custom made sun glass slide were missing from the car. Then, I realized that they kept my car unlock all the time, and kept my car keys in the left rear tire. I reported the missing items to their office immediately. They reacted just like nothing happened. And, told me in a very cold voice. "There are so many tow drivers and insurance adjusters come and go. Are you sure that you did not pick them up already by yourself?" I strongly believe that they are very irresponsible and untrusted. And, I will never will do business with them ever.

Milpitas Auto Body Rocks The folks at their shop are professional, courteous, and down right friendly !!! Their workmanship is superb and they get the job done right the first time! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of in all aspects of their services to you and your vehicle ! Ive had my magnum repaired and painted by Milpitas Auto Body twice and I couldnt be happier with the turn out !!! Ive had 2 cars repaired here on 3 occasions and each time it was done well, on time and on budget (not that I cared, they were insurance claims). You cant even tell one side of my new car was key scratched from end to end and my old car is still cherry thanks to them. To be fair, once they missed a spot but they fixed that without hesitation, fortunately I have a 2nd car or that might have been a pain but I never heard of a shop that never makes mistakes.

Please avoid this place. My car was repaired for rear bumper replacement and they took 15 days for it after initial commitment of 2 days. And I had to go to them again after they delivered because the bumpers were not aligned properly. Plus they gave a incorrect info for car rental approval from insurances company....again 3-4 days follow up. Too many excuses and mixups....
