Shady Business. Went in for an oil change and I was told they charge $20 for the labor plus the parts which they buy at Napa. Napa lists a quart of synthetic oil for $7.63. They charged me $17.01 per quart. Now I get that there is usually a markup on parts, like 20%, but not over 100%! I called them out on it and Jose got defensive and very agitated at me for bringing it up. So unless you like being lied to save your money and go somewhere else. Oh an on top of that they gave me Mobil oil when the oil cap on my car says Castrol. So yeah...
