I took my wheels in to get refinished by them and got quote for 125 per rim, foruth one was free so the grand total came out to be 375. Got a message from them telling me that they cant repair the center caps and can just refinish the face. So I called them up to see what is happening with my wheels, the owner (Simon) tells me that it will cost me MORE to refinish my wheels yet they cannot do the center cap. When before I left the wheels there he quoted me 375 and was able to refinish the center caps as well. So thats fine, Ill cancel and take my wheels elsewhere that can repair my center caps. I get there and find out that one of the studs on my wheels were now snapped off. I tell Simon this and he kept denying that it was snapped off.. What ticked me off the most was that he never told me about the price increase yet started to work on my wheels already. These arent any cheap wheels nether, these were my Work Euroline DHs. BEWARE of this shop, owner is very rude and unprofessional. I really hope this helps someone in the future if they decide to take there expensive wheels here. Leave the work to MemoryFAB, Wheel Techniques or Universal Polishing.

Simon is excellent. He has invested in the very latest equipment. I found out that the dealer was sending my Corvette Z06 Carbon to have the tires done at Genuine because they have the latest equipment necessary to do those large low profile tires. They really care about quality and are knowledgeable. Im now taking my Porsche Cayenne GTS there as well. Highly recommended.

I got tire-rotation done, and I found some noise coming from the wheels. I just went to get it recheck. The guy told me that it will take 30 mins, and I waited 90 mins. When I approached the owner to push for the work, then only it was done and the guy was also very very rude. I decided NOT to go ever, though it is the nearest.

Bad place, the price is extreme high and the wait time is so long. People are working like they are watching television. They said that they will repair my friend car for $1500. He went to other place and did it with just $450.
