I got the Premium+ service (IIRC on the name), which is an oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids, and brake inspection for $30, which is a really good deal. My vehicle uses a more expensive type of oil filter than standard, which raises that base price, but as a new customer they gave me a first-time 50% discount on the filter price difference. The work was fast, efficient, and done faster than promised. I dont get the anonymous reviewer who said his car had a battery problem some time after he had an oil change and he brought it back to be checked, and they charged him to do a diagnostic. First of all, it probably wasnt just a battery check, it was probably a full charging system check, and $40 probably isnt out of line for that service. $120 parts and labor for a battery is not unusual, either. Sure, if I were running the garage I might give a discount on the diagnostic (or maybe even write it off completely) if he bought the battery from me, but again, thats not usual, thats just me. He could have replaced the battery himself, all you need is a couple of wrenches, a battery terminal cleaner, and if you really want to do a good job, a little packet of battery terminal grease. The cost savings would have been about 30% (breakdown: cheapest battery you can get at Costco: $65; a couple of cheap wrenches and battery terminal cleaner from Harbor Freight, maybe $5; battery terminal grease, maybe 50 cents, plus sales tax; gasoline to buy all that stuff, call it $4. Total = $85). So, for the convenience of having someone else do it for you, saving you 1-2 hours of your time, an extra $35 is not at all unreasonable; if you came to my house with a battery and wanted it installed in your car, I wouldnt do it for less than 20 bucks and I dont have the overhead that a garage has. Rudeness is something else again, and is not acceptable, but I cant help but think that he probably brought it on himself by questioning, in a rude manner, what was a pretty reasonable price for parts and labor on a battery. Its true that that isnt an excuse for return rudeness on the part of shop staff and if I were the owner Id have a conversation with them about that. On the other hand, you werent shopping at Nordstroms, either. Want white-glove service? Take your car to a dealer next time. Of course, they arent going to do that battery for $120, either. The hand holding and dedicated service writers and courtesy shuttle and better coffee and dealer mechanic wages and stuff all cost money.

Okay service at a fair price. However, they lost 2 of my lugnuts and are trying to charge me for a new set even though they admitted that the mechanics tend to "misplace" them. Update: I have spoken to the manager a few times about this issue now and he is still not willing to do anything about it. His story keeps changing as it benefits him (and he was intimidating his technician to side with the story that benefits him in the name of the "truth"). He also made quite a few rude comments. The owner also refuses to mediate this situation. This is a little ridiculous as we have been coming to this place for over 10 years and get all our cars serviced here. Neither the manager nor the owner respected this customer-company relationship. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this place. My recommendation IF you decide to come here is to take pictures of both the inside and the outside of your car. If they make an error, they will not own up to it or correct it without picture proof (heck, they may even insist that you photoshopped it). There are many other places nearby that service cars at comparable prices without this hassle.

This place is okay, leaning towards the scam/rip off side. An oil change is 25 dollars with oil and filter included. I went in for an oil change but I brought my own oil and filter and an Asian man told me 20 and I asked him is it 20 dollars even if I brought my own parts and he just got mad and snapped "DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT!" in the end I ended up paying 21 dollars for an oil change meaning they ripped me off UNLESS 5 quarts of oil and an oil filter only cost 4 dollars WHICH IT IS NOT. UPDATE: beware of this place. One is the mechanic loosen the bolts to my sway bar on purpose so Ill have to come back in for a repair. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CAR LEAVE WORST THAN IT CAME IN

I have never written review of places here on google, but I would not be doing the community a favor if I did not post my great experience with this Shop. This is One of the few auto services where honesty and integrity exist. I took my car for an oil change and pre Smog Check inspection. They noticed that my AC had a problem and did not continue with the inspection since they knew that my Smog Check would surely fail. To my surprise, I was only chrage $25 for the oil change and they did not charge me for the inspection at all. In fact, I was even given a free diagnostic of what the problem was. This will be my place of choice from now on when I need service for my cars.

I have a 1998 Toyota Camry and it needs to pass the smog test this year, it failed several times because its OBD system was not ready to test, more specifically, Catalyst monitor and Evaporative Sys. monitor are incomplete, it gave me a BIG headache..., but I am so lucky to talk with Jerry Su at Precision Tune Auto Care and he is very friendly, patient and detail oriented, he finds the problem that is not found by other STAR stations and fixed it for me, so I got my Evaporative Sys. monitor ready and my car passed the smog test finally! thank you very much Jerry for your great help! I highly recommend to other people!

I was a loyal customer to this shop for over 10 years, until they got new management. The last 3 times that I had my vehicles serviced here were all TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES! I was overcharged each time, and when I questioned my bill I was treated as if I had stolen something from them. The last time (that I will ever go back there) my 169.99 service doubled in cost to 398.89, and they lost one of my lugnuts, charged me for a new set (34.99) and accused ME of losing it! The new management is dishonest, the mechanics are shady, and the help is rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP OR YOULL BE RIPPED OFF!

I first went to Precision Tune Auto Care for an oil change after receiving one of their mailers, maybe 15 years ago. I have been going there for everything on my cars ever since. The service is prompt and the people are knowledgeable and friendly. The price is fair. They do not try to force extra service on me and even tell me when I am asking for service that is not needed yet. Good service at a fair price.

My car has some problems after an oil change service, and then I came back yesterday and asked them for a check. They charged me $40 for only an one minute battery check and then told me the battery need to be replaced, which is another $120. When I questioned about the price, one man was very rude.
