First of all i want to mention that my bumper replacement was not your ordinary transaction with dublin auto body. But with that said i recieved the worst customer service and shown zero respect by bill the owner. I allowed his step daughter to fix my bumper at dublin auto body to avoid filing a insurence claim and he agreed to do the work. Arriving at the shop with his daughter we were given a tour of the shop and i was accused of having shotty cheap work done prior to my car. It has never been replaced or repainted i was shocked at the constant mentioning of the lack of flex in the paint. Good to know, if his daughter hadnt hit me i would be in the dark about flex additive in bumper paint. I was told that she was going to make payments to the shop and left my car to get fixed. I did not recieve an estimate from them because i wasnt the one paying. Bill did mention that the entire bumper would be replaced with flex in his paint. The day i was to pick up my car bill called my cell at 4 asking where i was and thankfully i was 5 min away via gps. The minute i walked in the shop i felt no appreciation as their sign says. After asking for a check for work done i was a bit confused. After explaining what i was told he then threw my keys and said "no check...no release of car" turned and walked away. After calling his daughter to ask what was going on i listened to him yell and hang up on her. He then closed the blinds, put the sign to closed and propped the door open. After an hour or so of sitting in the waiting room he then asked me for a credit card and suggested that i get payment from his daughter. Yes he expected me to do the very thing he wouldnt do for his own daughter. For the following hour i got to listen to this man bash his daughter while storming in and out of the office. Yelling at me that he is only making 200 dollars off this and asking why i didnt go through insurence... To which i asked why he agreed to do the work? Even his other employees were giving me looks behind his back. Then he started in on his wife and his behavior was a shameful excuse of a man in my opinion. I cannot believe how abusive this man was being. Finally his daughter arrived from san jose and i got my keys. And just when i thought it was over i get to my car and what turned out to be my idol regulator was broken and my car was hardly drivable. As i troubleshoot my engine issue bill walks outside and the first thing he said was "we didnt touch the engine" But it is hard for me to assume anything rational coming from this person. His behavior makes me sick and for that i will never wish his service on anyone. Happyness is a choice... Stay away from dublin auto body if you want to be happy... Ps the work done was average at best. Add in bills customer service and i wish i could rate 0 stars...

Last year I brought in my college sons car that was rear-ended. The estimate was a bit high and the insurance company wanted to total the car. I really needed the car. I talked to the guys in the front office and they understood. We made some changes and let some things go. The estimate was then lower than the cars value and it was repaired. These guys really saved me. A few months later it rained and the trunk filled with water. They felt so bad and fixed the minor crack in a body seam. This time I understood. I hope I never need their services again but if that crash does occur, I will then be back. Very friendly, professional people. Thanks guys.

I took my car to Dublin Auto Repair after it developed front brake problem. I was surprised when they told me to replace complete front brake when I took to other auto shop and found just minor problem with brake pad I fixed up problem immediately and Its been running fine ever since STAY AWAY!!!!!!! dont trust him. He was quiet rude if you go when his shop about to close.

Google user surely stated the wrong shop in his negative review. Dublin Auto Body does car body work and painting, not mechanical repairs. And its name is not Dublin Auto Repair. Correct your review, Google user.
