TIA is very rude, and snarky. I showed her my tracking number and information printed out from computer. She looked at it, looked at me, then asked; "what is this?" I said I need to know if you can locate this package. She pushed the paper to me and says; "its been delivered if you read down here" and points to the bottom of my print out. I told her i read it, but its not delivered to my house, and no neighbors have it. She sighed and said; "what do you want?" I told her i wanted to see if my package had any other info, in the back or computer because its not delivered to me" she flat out said NO, with a raised voice and simi eye roll. I told her she needed to check her attitude and help me locate my package that was to be delivered by post office. she told me she wasnt going to because it says delivered on my paper. i told her i wanted a manager she said to call the 800 number, i asked her for it, she straight told me "you can find it if you need it" i grabbed my paper and walked out. I literally will never go in her line again. She is rude and nasty every single time i have had to deal with her. How she still works there, I am shocked.

I do love this post office. The staff is very friendly, but after this morning Im very disapointed. I showed up around 9:45 and there were two people waiting in front of me. We we all stood there and waited and slowly more people showed up. At 10 you guys opened. Once the doors were opening a black woman walks in and cuts in front of all of us except for the old man who was there first. So I spoke up once the next teller was opening saying that we were all waiting patiently for 10 or more mins. She response was I showed up before all of you. But she wasnt standing there when all of us walked in. But they still helped her first, even though we were all standing and waiting. It doesnt work like that you cant go to the grocery store and stand in a line walk away and then come back when the person that was in front of you is checking out and say well I was there first. No you can not. So it very much so displeases me that the post office condoned this type of action from this lady. They should have made her get in line like the rest of us did. She didnt have any respect or courtesy.

I had the worst customer service experience ever. The Asian lady by the name TIA at the customer service was beyond rude!!! It was evendident that she was having a bad day. Not only with me but with the people before me & after me. When, I was called to the counter she Got annoyed because I asked her if I could see my box again as I needed to add a tab more of tape because my box was busting open. The box was right next to her and she said, I dont have tape. I told her I have my own tape.. she then said, did u pay for it? I said, what? This is my tape heres my receipt from the tape I purchased earlier. Tape was clearly stamped in red that it was paid for! She was plain RUDE!! Her tone of voice said it all. She wouldnt even give me my package .. I had to reach out to it. Once she got it back she took it and slammed it!! I was like WOW!! And left!! I then went to the pick up window and the other people were bad mouthing her of how mean she was with them too!! She deserves to get FIRED!!!

We have two parcel boes in our shared mailbox on the street. One has been broken for years. I had a parcel delivered and the carrier put it in the broken parcel box. The key doesnt work and I couldnt get it. I left a note to the carrier. The next day two more packages were put in the same broken box. I called the post office numerous times and no one answered the phone. On the third day a different carrier read the note and came to our house. We was nice, helpful and rectified the current situation but could not fix the root problem. He informed us that Modesto only has one person fixing broken mail box locks for the whole city. He said the previous carrier was a substitute and likely unaware the box lock was broken.

I was very "inconvienced"- two women- and one man- did not know how to give me a P.O. box- saying there were tons of boxes- but the locks had not been changed?? to call back- when I called back- the Man who takes care of the P.O boxes- was not in, or in a meeting- etc... I called for 1 week!! They lost my business- I went to a UPS store! then called back- out of curosity- and the p.o. box man- said- they were ALL wrong- that they did NOT know what they were talking about- the mail boxes- were ready to rent out the whole time!! Too late! Get it together- People! No wonder the Post Office is going down!

I call the the Hudson office to ask why my mail keeps going missing. Her answer was that there can only be two reasons 1) I had given the wrong address or 2) it would of been sent to sender. I try explaining explaining that the carrier could have put it in the wrong box because I had mail sent to my neighbors before and I had also received their mails. She was very rude and try to make it as though it was something that i did wrong. I just wanted her to say "sorry" one time and try to help me figure out why I keep losing my mails as well as receive my neighbors.

I sent out a book to someone in the SAME CITY and somehow they still did not recieve it. I had to issue a refund to the buyer and since i didnt put a tracking number (didnt think i needed to) the supervisor couldnt help me. When i tried calling 1800 ask usps to make a complaint they kept hanging up on me after waiting on hold. i have sold many books never had an issue. Lesson learned: Make sure to put a tracking number (same city or not ) and keep the reciept!. Just sucks that their mistake caused me to screw someone else over. But i guess people make mistakes.

never usually do this but Ive never been over anaylized like I was today I was stared up and down while I was speaking to staff in line there she was not looking at me (no eye contact) just literally looking at my clothing and shoes (converse jeans and a long sleeve black shirt casual lol and had a tone with me like she was having a bad day I kept cool and just wanted answers about my package and she gave me a hard time. Her name was bahdeesh sorry if I miss spelled. Love other staff memebera but maybe she is new because I have never seen her before .

Worse place ever less then one star.... Theyve lost two packages with cellphones in them and said they never received it once I pulled receipt out they throw the blame on another shipping company there not perfessional nor polite they lied saying they personally scanned it out yet tracking says its in there building showed the workers and they run to the supervisor who then says anyone could have scanned it in but doesnt mean they have it wow you are warned be careful before you trust this facility with you mail and packages
