Another failure! I just got an email - "We have successfully completed your Package Pickup." Umm! No You Did NOT. Conf# WEC196997404 - The packages are still on my porch! My number is on the confirmation if anyone would like to call me. Good thing I have Monday coming. If I was giving Feed Back for my regular carrier, then I would leave 5 stars and high praises, but I get the feeling it was a substitute carrier as this has only happened when there has been one. Or as the last time about a month ago the driver never got the paperwork for the pick up and came back for the pick up after I called.

My family been going there for 40 plus years, friendly staff throughout the years. But beware of the Caucasian guy with long blonde /reddish hair, he doesnt treat you like the rest of the staff hes rude,quick to rush,doesnt like to extend his help, will tell you no in a heart beat, and isnt willing to find another solution. If it wasnt for him I wouldve rated 5 stars, he should stay in the back all day and dont interact with customers bc he isnt customer friendly hes just there for a check. I would recommend people to go there just be aware of him!!!!
