Having to send mail I decided to come to this post office. Was the first time being here. Although there was a short line the wait was not long. With in five minutes I was at the counter. Tamera was the one who helped me. She was personable, knowledgeable and helpful, all in a professional manner. She is definitely a benefit to the post office. Trying to call the post office @ 9a.m. to let them know we have new Mail boxes & no new keys! Id like to know how we are supposed to get our mail. Dont really want to have to go to the post office. Our neighborhood is on Santiago Way. Is there any information. A note or sign on the bew msilboxes could of been helpful. No one is answering the phone
