I scheduled for an oil change by phone trying to use a coupon I recieved a few days in advance. The worker told me that I could schedule for the day we discussed and I can use my coupon for the services. I try calling back to see if everything was ok for the oil change I was scheduled to do only to find out that I was never scheduled, not even allowed to use my coupon the way i discussed with the employee (despite having a full recording of him saying that) and can only reschedule after three weeks. They were unwilling to take ownership for their blatant mistake and were unwilling to make up for lying to their customers. I dont want to try and be that arrogant customer who complains of any minute thing possible, but this is 100% bad customer service.

First few times it was a great experience, then it turned bad quickly. I first went with my car and then referred 3 family members. They each had pleasant experience, but lately, my dad took his SUV in there, and they didnt change the oil correctly and it was leaking, then my wife took in her car, they scratched it in the parking lot! They also didnt have it ready for 3 hrs after they said it would be done. They also didnt top off fluids and car is low on coolant. Unfortunately I cant recommend this place anymore.

I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS CAR CARE CENTER I TAKE MY JEEP COMANDER FOR A AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM AND AND COST ME $ 500.00 THEY DIDNT FIXED I RETURN FOR SECOND ATTEMPT THEY DAMAGE THE RADIATOR AND THEY WANT TO CHARGED OTHER$ 500.00 MORE SO I WENT TO A OTHER MECHANIC SHOP .THIS OTHER PLACE CHARGE $375.00 INCLUDES AIR CONDITIONING PARTS.I THING meineke DONT HAVE A GOOD MECHANIC. FOR SOME TIPES OF MECHANIC PROBLEMS IT IS UP TO YOU IF WANT TO LOOSE MONEY AND TIME PLUS FRUSTRATIONS.

These guys noticed a calcium residue underneath the car, when there was no leak, and still identified that my water pump had to be replaced! And thank goodness for you guys! And, while this was an issue, Pep boys just topped off the coolant... Im just sayin... Thank you guys for taking the time to do the job right. Im definitely going back to Meineke and I recommend them to anyone that can appreciate people who take pride in doing their work well.

I went for oil change....I am impressed the way they do things here: No pressure Professional service at all time Prompt service Friendly attitude Good price Nice and very clean shop and lobby Coffee, game items, tv, wi-fi and many more amenities Definitely I will come back and recommend this place for all your car needs.
