Sharon gave me a horrible haircut that, while she did a horrible job following my request for what I wanted, I thought Id let it pass until I got home & my wife pointed out how obviously uneven it was in the neck/back and I put my fingers through it and found a huge patch of hair near the top/back that was longer. Since Saturdays are the only good day for me, I wasnt able to return for a week. When I returned the next Saturday with my receipt Sergio cut my hair, free of charge. On top of not giving me a hard time about it being a week later, he gave me an amazing hair cut...exactly what I wanted the 1st time. My only disappointment was that, according to Sergio, policy kept him from being able to take the tip I had given to Sharon & transfer it to him. Despite my 1st horrible haircut, I would recommend Sergio in a heartbeat.

I got a horribly uneven haircut. I have very short hair with a simple style. How could they have screwed up so bad?! I can cut my own hair better than this. Now I have to pay more and go somewhere else to fix the mess they made. Ill never go here again (or to any other Great Clips).

Horrible butcher! I wish there was an option not to give any star! Horrible place, traumatic experience! It is probably a good place for guys to have their haircut. My hair was uneven, and chopped - but what do you expect if they hardly even wet your hair?

They butchered my boys hair; had no idea how to fade. They left lines all over the back of their heads. I told them that I was not pleased and asked them to fix it. They gave me a blank stare, it was obvious that the did not know what they were doing.

worst hair cut ever! i went in for a simple trim and to even out layers. My hair was destroyed they cut off 2 inches and it is all uneven. I have to go some where else to fix it. Do not go there!
