I went there the first time last year I think around November and was disappointed with my haircut, told them I want it layered but they instead cut it straight. Went there yesterday to get a haircut and showed the picture how I want my hair will be. It was very disappointing that my hair was not even. The other side is longer than the other and the other side was slanted and the other side was straight. She was shaking while cutting my hair. I almost told her to stop coz my hair was just getting shorter and shorter. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Took my boys for their regular haircut before school starts. Never had an issue whatsoever when taking them before until today and it didnt even pertain to my children. Another mom came in with her two boys clearly on the spectrum. The stylist Jenna was extremely rude to the little boy maybe six years old. Talking to him like a full grown man "sit down I dont have the time to wait on you to get your attitude together." Im am so thankful my boys have their haircut by the same girl every time Kariah she is great with mine (one on the spectrum)

I told them to take 1.5 inches off and took off almost 4 inches, I was not satisfied at all with this, the only decent part was that the service only took about 10 minutes to get to me which wasnt terrible

I took my son here to get a fade and this girl really messed up his haircut. I will never go there just by the awful haircut that was given to him!
