Horrible. She could not understand me when I was even spelling my name out for her for check in. The haircut took 10 min total and I was going to have more done but after she started she took way more off than I had asked. After it was done she handed me the receipt and I left the tip part blank because I was very upset. She then pointed to the tip part and handed it back to me so I added a tip... seriously will never go to another great clips.

The reason for me giving one star to this salon is because the hair dresser did not listen to what I wanted to do with my hairstyle, she went ahead and did whatever she felt looked good to her, she was rushing through the haircut and turned out she chopped most of my hair from the back, and now my hair looks like mushroom when I had asked for a low fade.

Ive been going to this location for 9 years now (i.e. for mens haircuts). Ive had one or two iffy haircuts. The last time this happened I went back in a week later and the manager recut me for free. This is not a fancy salon; its $15 bucks. Frankly, if you want a perfect cut and top notch customer service, youll be paying $80- $100 at a fancy salon.
