Absolutely unprofessional. I had made an appointment for 11:30 and my stylist Anna Phan came in 15 minutes late to the appointment. This would have been fine if she had not made a scene complaining to the lady who made the appointment that she did not have time to do a hair cut (keep in mind I asked for a 1-inch trim and she came in late) and then had the audacity to come up to me and ask if I would like to come in at another time in the day. Overall, the haircut turned out fine (considering it was a 1-inch trim Im not sure how much you can mess that up). However, because of the stylist I was given today, I will not be returning to this Regis Salon location.

When I called to see if any of their staff could cut my style, I was assured there were two. When I got there the individual who was one I was somewhat disappointed that this was only her 2nd time to "attempt" the cut. At the end I tried to help her by showing how to do it. I spent nearly an hour at home fixing it. Most of these national companies instruct their employees to not turn away any style haircut, regardless of the employees ability. They should, at least, be up front about their inability to do certain styles. She at least tried and was willing to learn from someone who has had a difficult style nearly my entire life.

Worst hair salon experience Ive ever had. Incompetent, then the lady sat there in front of me and worked out the price with her manager - so unprofessional. My hair was frizzy and terrible looking. I washed it right away. I will never return.

I called and was fit in same day. Gina was amazing. I have asked for a pixie for years and no one has gotten it right until Gina. Ive found my new hair stylist. The cut was pricier than HairMasters or SuperCuts, but well worth every penny.

I just came from getting my hair cut here. I called and got a same-day appointment. Andrea cut my hair - she did a great job! She took my random collection of ideas and turned it into a great style. I definitely recommend Andrea!
