I got a good cut from Jenny but when I went back, she was not available and I ended up with Lorna. I specifically told her I just needed a trim of the bottom back of head. She agreed not to take more than 1/4 to 1/2 " off the top. I told her Not to thin my hair. Evidently, she does not absorb the word "not". She gave me straight bangs and I had to stop her from cutting the top that I could see at least 2" to 3" . I then checked out what she did. I found half of my head of hair on the floor. She said she "had to thin my hair". I reminded her I said no! Not only that, she cut the back of my head all the way to the crown in a Buzz cut! Its been 2 1/2 months trying to regrow my hair and it will take quite a few more months to get it where I want it. BEWARE OF THIS SCISSOR-HAPPY GIRL! I am scared to go back to even reshape my hair while it grows out. I wouldnt even let her groom a dog.

I have never cried after getting a hair cut. And they cut it so short that I have to wait at least a month to pay someone else to fix it. It is so bad and uneven. I am now up to 6 times that I have broken down crying. She made me look like a ghetto, 14yr old justin bieber. So bad, so uneven and choppy and too short to even put up. I asked her for medium length and asked her not to make me look like a boy. Well she screwed up my only two requests. I am enraged

Ive went here a few times in the last couple of years and everything was ok. But a few months ago, a woman messed my hair up very badly. The back of my head was uneven, my hairline in the back of my neck was INCREDIBLY uneven. i havent had a haircut since. Recently a friend of mine had a haircut here, and had a similar problem. He said he will not be going their again.

I am very pleased at how she listened well to my requests and suggestions on cutting my hair to achieve the haircut that I wanted. Suffice to say, I am delighted with my new haircut. My honey has always gotten a very simple hair cut. The fact it looks liked she took a hedge clipper to the back of his head was frustrating. I told him to go back but he was too worried it would look worse. I shouldnt have to be fixing his hair at home because you cant use a #3.

I got the barber Amy and when she was cutting my hair it all looked good, BUT then she went to cut the back of my head and she didnt ask whether I wanted it rounded or squared so she decided to round it. Not what I wouldve asked for, I hate when they dont ask before they cut

I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE My hair was destroyed at this place. I was told I would get a free haircut the next time I come in until I got it the way I wanted it. Lies they made me pay even though there was a note on my file about it. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

The check in system being on line is very helpful, you can pick when you want to go in based on the wait time. The two stylists Ive had cut my hair here have both been meticulous and friendly.
