I dont know if these guys were hung over or having a bad day but i could have had my 2 year old nephew cut my hair better than these creeps. They left my hair two inches longer on one side and my hair is only 4 inches long. It is very noticeable. My girlfriend who was in the barber chair for an hour walked out of the salon with chunks of her hair missing. We would have complete strangers ask what happened to her hair. She looks like she had gum stuck in her hair and the only way to get it out was to cut out chunks of it. The worst part of it is they wouldnt admit that the haircut sucked. Im a pretty liberal forgiving person who usually gives people a second chance but they screwed up so bad i would sign a petition to close this branch down.

Absolutely terrible. Asked for my regular 2 inch trim and 1 inch layer... my hair is trimmed 3 inches with a 7 inch layer. So instead of my layer being 1 inch shorter than the rest of my hair it is now 4 inches shorter. I started with hair down to my mid back and left with hair barely covering my shoulders. Thats not a 2 inch trim. During the cut I repeatedly asked the lady to stop cutting it so short but was reassured she was just evening everything out. Finally freaked out after the layering and said the length was fine just please stop cutting my hair. Again, she didnt care about what I wanted to asked for. Im never going here again. Worst experience ever at a place I frequently go to.

My daughter got a haircut today, January 14, 2017. The lady who cut her hair was frustrated that she had to cut my daughters hair while she was in wearing a hoodie. She was rude and "sucked" her teeth while constantly telling my daughter she has "too much hair" and to stand up from the chair so the she could cut it. What it really comes down to is the stylist wasnt skilled enough to give my daughter a simple straight line trim! Unbelievable! Heres some advice Great Clips, find more skilled stylists. I really should have refused to pay! I will not return. Actually, I will return, to get a refund after they read my comment.

THIS location rocks!!! I needed a haircut and am new to Greenwood. Went online and saw a Great Clips close by. I have frequented other Great Clips locations in Bellevue and Factoria in the past, with mediocre customer service and as a result "decent" haircuts. Mario and the other guy ?? (sorry) at this location were friendly and professional. I got a great haircut from Mario in and will for sure be back next month instead of my usual dreaded haircut procrastination of 2 months. Thanks dudes!!

I recently went to Great Clips for my 3rd haircut. The first two cuts were great. I was told that it was a #4 cut and I was very pleased with the cut. On my last visit, I was asked if the #4 cut was what I wanted. I affirmed that it was. The end result was UN-satisfactory--I would go so far as to say it was a disaster! I have a substantial amount of hair. The guy who cut it practically shaved me bald!

Hau Ling rocked my hair cut and made me feel wonderful! Im a female and consider myself "cool and edgy" and Im down to get a Great Clips cut! Way better than Rudys. Ive been getting my hair cut at this location for 2 years now and always have had a fantastic experience as well as a fantastic cut. Why pay 60+ dollars to get your hair cut when you can pay 20$ and leave a bomb tip?! Visit and see for yourself.

They were having a special for $10 haircuts but the hack job I got wasnt worth even $5. I asked for a trim with layers at the ends and the Iranian woman who I got stuck with spent literally five minutes on me. I got home and sure enough, my hair was uneven all around. I should have had my four year old niece do it for me, save myself $10 and get the same result! Get what you pay for I guess....

I took my daughter here since she loves the one in chehalis, wa. The stylist dried her her afterwards but left the bangs wet ? It wasnt until after we had left and her hair had dried we realized why, we immediately found a very helpful salon that did an amazing repair job. (Seriously it was pretty butchered ) In the future, If your kids have ever crossed you, this place is your best revenge.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Coming from a girl with a lot of hair who has had haircuts take 30-40 minutes today i got maybe 10 they werent busy and the man was very rushed I repeated to the man I wanted my hair thined three cuts later I was finished I said I would like more taken off and he got frustrated

Came here with my BF so he could get a haircut since we had a coupon. Were not used to chain stores (in college you usually just get your hair cut in a family corner barbershop) but the person who cut his hair was really nice and he liked the haircut so seems like a win to me.

This place lives up to its name - its great. Great locations, easy to communicate with the nice workers, great cuts. Would go again. Recommend it to others who need a great cut. Also love the reservation service where you can reserve a space in line pre-cut.

Worst haircut but even worse experience. The woman was So RUDE!!! omg I was shocked. And she spent what 7 minutes tip on my hair. Its sloppy and uneven but said thanks and left. I knew I wasnt getting some A list hair cut but the place wasnt even busy.

Seriously the BEST haircut Ive ever gotten from a great clips location, which is where Ive been getting my haircut for 3 years. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. Prices are very reasonable. AWESOME PLACE!!

They should consider changing their name to "Good Clips", or "Just OK Clips". Certainly not the best haircut I have ever had, but it is good enough. I will go again for the convenience, quick service, and low price.
