Very poor customer service. I was checked in and then skipped over for a walk in. The lady acknowledged she skipped me and continued to start to help the guy even though I had been waiting over 10 minutes. Then I had a lady who just came in from a smoke break and smelled so strong of smoke that having her wash my hair would cause me to have a head and be pointless. Then I waited several more minutes for someone else until the lady who skipped me asked why I was still waiting. Then with attitude she told me everyone there smoked. Needless to say I left. This is the 2nd time Ive tried going there and the service was poor. I would give 0 stars if possible.

My hair is honestly butchered on one side and Ive never had a haircut this horrible. It was cut way shorter then I asked and she started in the back so I couldnt really do much because she had already hacked it. I asked for around the shoulders length wise and she gave me an awful A line type hairstyle that does not fit my face, hair type, or what I asked for. Not to mention the choppy awful layers on one side.

Ladies here are helpful and busy, yet they all had time to speak kindly and cheerfully. My stylist Brittany and I both received "atta girls" smiles, and compliments on my "new do". As a senior lady I so appreciate the "Great Clip", their everyday 65 and over discount. The self esteem boost cant be beat! Going back soon!

The service was awful everyone working was unfriendly. The hair cut was fine. We just felt unwelcomed. It wasnt just to my fiance and I. It was too all the customers. Definitely wont be back to this location.

Worst hair cut of my life. The stylist did not check length with me prior to starting to snip. Then she put in "layers" that were not requested and totally uneven. All with a surly mean attitude. Dont go.

I would give it a zero if I could. I went in on a Saturday night for a haircut. By Sunday night I had a massive infection on the back of my head. I spent 3 days in the hospital receiving antibiotics.

Worst haircut experience ever! The styles used dull scissors that pulled my hair with every snip. Her station was dirty and the floor was not swept after her last costumer.
