Worst experience Ive had with a loud talking hairdresser from Louisiana totally ignoring my request for a trim. I walked in with shoulder length hair, asked for a trim, and ended up with lots of layers that barely reached my earlobes. I had to take my eyeglasses off for the cut, so was totally shocked when I looked at the mirror afterward. It just made me sick. If I could, I would give no stars.

Wish there was a NO STAR option. Aspen was so rude the entire time. I will never give this place my business ever again. How can people be so rude running a business. I am in the people business and this confused human being named ASPEN needs some training on being professional and nice. Terrible experience!!!!

I wish i could give 0. They cut my daughters hair so short theres bald spots. Then they were rude. Girls dont even want to go to school because of how it looks.
