I am very upset with the store owner. I purchased a wig (total cost with wig, conditioner spray and tax was $179.96) Within 2 weeks the ends started to fray and by the 3rd week the wig was no longer wearable. I attempted to return the wig yesterday and was told there are no returns/refunds. She asked me to wait and better yet, come back later when she found out I was there to return the wig (I live over an hour round trip). I told her the wig I was wearing was my initial purchase from her store over 7 months ago and is still fine but that this wig she sold me was defective. Her response was sometime you get lucky. Her sign says all sales are final with exception of damaged product -this is truly a damaged product. I need the wig so my hair can grow out from the chemo and cannot afford to throw $180 dollars out the window for a 3 week purchase. I will certainly not have the chemo nurse refer any more customers her way. I am still dealing with the results of the chemo and the wig is the one thing that brought back a bit ofnormalcy. Shame on her for not doing right by her product and customer. Take your business elsewhere!!!

The people here are SO rude! Im new to the area. And while I was out shoppping, I passed by and decided to take a look inside since there arent many beauty supply stores. The first minute they didnt even notice me. But the second they did I was pestered and watched. And pestered/bothered more. I repeatedly told them I was just looking around and they wouldnt take that as an answer. Then the lady working there was being passive aggressive by loudly telling her coworker that I needed to leave so I could hear from across the store. No wonder why I was literally the only customer in there.

If you want care and love, the best advice ever, feeling at home, if you want people that understand you and take time for you, if you want to feel a valued customer, there is only one place to go and that is MASTER HAIR CARE. I write this in capital letters for a purpose. They live the word master. I can only advise everyone looking for a wig and expecting respect whether you are female or transgender to knock on their door for advice and a product that you will wear with pride and confidence.

Love this hair wig boutique! They have a variety of wigs to choose from, the fancy to practical. Everybody that works there is also caring and sensitive to your needs. A gal named Joyce was extremely helpful in suggesting a wig for me. Turned out to be one the best wigs I have now because I often receive compliments and no one could tell the difference (the most important factor in feeling good about my wig). I will certainly return to visit Joyce and pick another style.

This shop is equipped with selection. The owner, June is ready for anyone who needs a special wig, big or small with expertise and compassion. The store has very good stylists on location to make sure your purchase becomes instantly your own. You walk in with a need and leave with satisfaction and confidence. I recommend this store to anyone who needs a special hair piece!

Everything about this place was great. Joyce assisted me with every step. After trying on many wigs, I asked her to just pick one herself, and it was the one I chose. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will probably have no need to go back (except for a sleep cap), but glad to know its there.

First of all, I got my wig 2 weeks ago, and it works perfectly! I just love it. The lady (think she is the owner) was very professional and with the price you pay, you not only get the wig, but you also get to learn how to maintain your wig as well as a bunch of freebies!

Everyone here are truly a Master at their craft. Very friendly, passionate and compassionate. Clean and organized salon with plenty of wig styles to choose from. Private room was very nice! Highly recommend Master Hair Care....

We went here for my Moms first time trying wigs. They were so nice and helpful. They made it truly enjoyable and took the awkwardness out of the experience. Also they had a great makeup selection!

I felt that as soon as my daughter sat in the chair they rushed her to make a decision on a wig and the stylist was getting anoyed with her the whole time. Prices were also expensive

They have an excellent selection, reasonable prices, and they style your wig to you! I highly recommend, you wont be undersold! The stylist is very magical as well.

I love this place, I just bought two wigs!! I absolutely love the selection, a large price range to accomodate all budgets. Very helpful and they were very patient.
