Ive gone to this Great Clips a total of 6 times. The first cut I got was awful. Stylist was nice, but the hair cut itself was bad. When it grew out it was even more noticeably uneven! The second time I went I had a different stylist and it was pretty much the same as the first hair cut I got and really rushed. I had to inconveniently go home and shower again because of how much hair was left down my back and chest! I was on the fence about going in a third time. I decided to give this place one more shot, and glad I did. The girl who cut my hair this time gave me the best hair cut I ever had and even looked good as it grew out. I learned I was able to request her and did my next three cuts. Every cut she gave (total of 4) was pretty darn AMAZING. She only works there one day, and I had to call to get her Friday hours when I was ready for my cut. Last week when I called, I was told she no longer works there. Does anyone know where shes working? I know she cuts somewhere else because her, herself told me, but didnt spec. The stylist I spoke to last week would not give me any info other than she is no longer working there. Her name is Tillie and this stylist really knows what shes doing! I would like to continue getting my cuts from her. 2 stars for the first time. 1 star for the second. My 5 star review is rated for the last 4 times I was in there.

Fantastic experience all around. I used the online check in with no issues. Was in and out in under 20 minutes with friendly service and a beautiful haircut. They really do care about their jobs here! Ive had four different stylist cut my hair over the last year. Each one was excited to have me in their chair, gave me great product recommendations without being pushy, and taught me a couple techniques to get the cowlick in my bangs to settle down! I would never go anywhere else.

This place is rediculous I called ahead to make sure there wasnt a wait and they said there wasnt any kind of wait at all. I showed up two minutes after I made the call and they said it would be an hour wait. Why would anyone go here if they are going to lie to you right off the bat? They said next time I should check in online. Well why didnt you tell me that when I called?

My husband has always hated getting his hair cuz its never done right, so we went to great clips to have his hair cut. Its the first time we have both ever been happy! The gentleman carl cut his hair and did amazing job. Thank you so much!
