Been a loyal customer here 15+ yrs. and have been using mobile check-in since it was an option. Tried to check-in today and this locations wait time was n/a online. Drove to the location to find they had a 120 minute wait (the app only supports 2-digit wait times, i.e. "39 mins"). I wasnt upset at all, they were just busy, I get that. I told their employee no problem, Ill come back later. 5 mins later as I drove off, I called and asked them to put me in line since their app wasnt working and since Id just been in the store. I was met with overwhelming resistance and the employee had to get the PIC (Erica) on the phone for the major crisis. She explained to me that if she "did it for me, shed have to do it for everyone!" Um....is that bad!!??? Dont you want more business? You offer this convenience via a mobile app for crying out loud!!! I explained I was JUST THERE IN THE STORE. She said the system wont allow it. Such BS....they get your phone # when you come into the store, right? Same damn thing. Ive always loved the convenience of mobile check-in and have shared it with many people. However, too many owners and managers dont allow their PICs some simple decision-making flexibility....as witnessed here. What a shame. The Barbers for me from now on....

Worst haircut ever. I used to go to a salon in Hillsboro and I havent had the time, but I just wanted to cut 3" off my shoulder length hair. I brought a picture, even. I wanted to cry for two solid days after going here, because she cut it REALLY short in the back. All I asked for was an a-line bob with the back at my hairline, but no - I now look like the girl from Ghost in the Shell, or worse, a "Can I Talk To Your Manager" lady. Its pretty embarrassing, and its not even on both sides. Im debating just shaving my head, its that bad. Do. Not. Ever. Go. Here.

Did not even remotely do what I asked, She was distracted and kept stopping to explain why it did not look right? or to talk to other people. When I saw the back and said something about it she did offer to redo it but at this point I did not want her touching my hair. I agree with another post I saw you never know what you will get, I have had some good hair cuts there, some ok hair cuts, and after today one that made me cry. Looking for a new place to get my hair cut.

Manager of salon cut my sons hair and cut his neck more than SEVERAL times. I called to notify the manger of the situation and that she might need to get new trimmers so it doesnt happen to someone else. I was going to leave it at that until I heard how she handled the call. She was not apologetic at all and seemed to not give two you know whats about his cut up neck. So now I write a review... I guess thats why we have avoided salons like this for so long.
