Went once before when i had just arrived in town and loved it rated it 5 stars and told evrrybody they should go there. So when i got back in town and was walking and needed a place to get out the rain cause i was walking with two young children i stopped in to use the phone and wait for my ride. Ultimately i planned on buying some hair care products from the lady at the front. But the owner approached me and asked if there was somewhere else i could wait if i wasnt scheduling an appt because they try to keep it a spa atmosphere. Now my son was talkingto the lady but i has him sit down. It wasnt like he was running around screaming breaking stuff. Just not the customer service i received the first time and its beacuse of that i wont be making an appt like i had planned on doing or going to the expo theyll be attending. Dont get me wrong i understand you want a calm atmosphere for the one other customer their. It comes down to what would you do if it was you and i just dont think someone who would make someone stand in the cold with two children is someone Id want to do business with.

This place is great. I love the ladies that work here and they do a fantastic job. Im on a natural hair journey and have been getting comb twist done and they look and feel good. With this being a new experience for me. The ladies here are wonderful with guiding and sharing the knowledge with me on how to care for my hair. The vibe here is always chill. They play the best music in there and the ladies always make you feel super welcomed!

I take my daughter to Cherese for conditioning treatments and trims and my son for haircuts. She is always very patient (which is not always easy since my kids scream and cry when anyone comes near their hair). She also does great work. I took my son to a childrens salon that just used clippers on his curly hair. But Cherese sectioned it and cut it with shears, which made it look much nicer than the other place.

Carolyn gave me life with my new natural hair weave. Her knowledge and instinct is second to none. Today a hairdresser told me that had I not told her different, she just knew it was my very own hair!!! My daughters said its the best hairdo I have ever had. I am so happy.
