Ive have been a 5 year customer of Amanda at Bloom Hair Studio. After being dissatisfied with my hair color, I suggested to Amanda that I would like a refund for her services; Amandas behavior following my request for a refund reflects how little she understands about customer satisfaction. Amanda took no concern in the fact that I explained that I would refuse to refer her and the salon to my friends and family; her elementary behavior resulted in her claiming she didnt/wouldnt want my friends or family as her customers anyhow. I contacted the owner via email the following day to discuss the severity of Amandas actions and recieved a call back later in the day from the owner to explain that her "friend" Amanda, wouldnt do something like this. The owner excused Amandas behavior as being my fault and instead denied all accusations made on my behalf towards Amanda and her salon. The color I received could have been obtained by a $7.99 box dye from Target, something that Amanda and Management at the salon took pride in. This was the most non-luxurious experience Ive ever encountered; the attitude and disrespect for people, let alone their hard working customers, only prove how non-sustainable this salon really is. Just because you pay more money for a hair service doesnt mean you get better results, consequently I advise you to head to a MasterCuts or SuperCuts to have your hair done rather than waste your time and hard earned money at Bloom Hair Studio.

This Salon is one of the best in the Willamette Valley. I am a local business owner of 20+ years. I have been associated with and a client of the owner and several of the stylists. Their professionalism, organization and attention to detail is wonderful. Communication, Relaxation and a "polished feel" at Bloom Hair Studio sets it apart from many others. Come on in, get pampered and enjoy a spirit of warmth and a sincere appreciation to serving others.

This place is under some of worst management of all time. A perfect example of why young adults make terrible business owners. I have a friend that was completely dissatisfied with Amandas service, I cant speak for anyone else. But the lack of professionalism in the situation, aggravated me enough to write a review (first time) and would strongly recommend a client to look elsewhere.

Nirvana at Bloom Studio is without a doubt the best stylist in town. Always friendly, listens intently to what you want and always gives flawless results. The studio itself is always clean with a calm and luxurious feel. Best place in town. High recommend.

Five Stars*****Sarah is now at Bloom. Yeah!! If you have thick, natural curl and want the cut you have searched in vain for, Sarah is your stylist. She a delight to spend time with as well. Bloom is beautiful salon and is a perfect match for Sarah.

Marie opened her own salon a few years ago and I am so happy for her! I have followed her around town because she is fantastic! I always come away completely satisfied. Shes amazing with color and cut and really, really nice - thats a plus!
