Today I brought my 2 year old to get a haircut. Hes been here 3 times before. Hes not a huge fan of haircuts but usually with enough distraction he gets through it fine. Today he was not having it, however. Didnt matter what I tried. And the stylist (named Carmella) was extremely rude about it. She was rolling her eyes, walking away, and telling me how much his crying hurt her ears. She really did all she could to make a stressful situation even worse for me. I suggest anyone with young kids go elsewhere for more compassionate service. I will NEVER return. And Ive had my own hair cut here before. The stylist did a horrible job. I vowed never to return for my own haircuts, and now Ill never bring my kids back either. Lost a customer for life!

Normally a 5 star, but this time...no. There were 3 stylists standing around doing nothing when I walked in (off 78th and Highway 99 in Vancouver, Washington) and was told there was a 40 minute wait because they had 2 appointments scheduled...yet there were three stylists. Odd to turn away a paying customer with money in hand to wait for people that might not even show up, plus, there was still that 3rd stylist. Probably wont be back.

I went here for a hair cut today- Now my hair is 3 inches shorter than I wanted on the right side, on the positive side- at least its only two inches shorter than I wanted on the left! (At least in some patches) Also, after hearing a conversation with the workers, I think they are docked pay or something if they go over a time limit. They are rushed. Maybe that is way my haircut was awful.

My first time here. My Mother and I both got haircuts. They did a great job!! James cut my Mothers hair. It looks fantastic and she loves it. Thank you James. My stylist did exactly what I asked for. Thank you. Tom? We definitely will be back.
