i was here on tue aug 12 for haircut... i check in online n went to store before my waitime... no body greeted or anything.... the guy was done with the other cuatomer. and sat ton the corner. making me wait more than half hr...didn ofder to help me or greet me... waited almost 45 min n when the guy i asked him i m here for a hair cut been waiting to talk to someone... and i said i am here for haircut.... wanted a layers cut.... told him wanted to keep the length on the last layer bt want layers.... n he started bt he was so rough with his hands.... my head hurted so bad.... he didn asked if it hurted me while he was combing.... n then the end part.... my hair looked as if i jusz got the trim nt a haircut....there were no layers at all....i asked him if he cud cut doqn more then if was ahowed no interest.... he had no interest of offering staiafaction to a cuatomer n he walked away.... n i had enuf then i paid n left.... got my hair done onthe same place 6 montha ago n the lady did a gr8 job. i was all happy.... bt today i m very disappointed.... more than my hair dissatisfaction i was surprised with the attitude guy whoworked on my hair... i qork on swrvice business too so i amiling n trying to solve cuatomera problwm is the main goal... nt coming back
