First let me start by saying I rarely, almost never leave reviews but I hope this saves someone else 10 min. of their life. I entered the store with my son at around 3:40. 9 min. later we were still standing at the counter, 3 ft. away from the stylist. Not once did she look up and acknowledge us, or say something to the effect of, " I will be with you in just a moment", or " what can I help you with?" It was the rudest experience I have had at an establishment! She could have simply asked what we needed, or let us know what time to come back so we could get my sons hair cut. It was so disrespectful of her to let us stand there and not say a word to us. There was also another stylist in the next station over and she too did not even look our way. I am a busy person just like most of us, and I dont value my time more than anyone else, and I expect a place of business to at least hold my time with the same importance. My son who is 15 just recently got his first job and it has a customer service component to it, so on a positive note, this was a great teachable moment for him to see first hand how customer service can really affect business and how not to treat customers period.

Ive had good experience here. I suggest that you find the right stylist though. I scored and got Jazmine my first time there. As luck would have it she moved on and wasnt there for my fourth visit. The next lady did a great job but our days off changed and I had to see a different stylist last week. She hacked my hair up. A week later it is looking really bad. I am trying to find out what her name is so I dont have to go thru this horrible grow out again. You know that they say " two outta three aint bad. "

The woman who cut my hair only listened to how much I wanted it cut off and I then proceeded to cut it uneven. One side it longer than the other and did not layer my hair after I asked and and we talked about it more than once. My boyfriend laughed at my hair when he seen it. Thankfully I am able to return tomorrow and have another stylist try to fix the mess I was left with. I will not be having Shannon cut my hair again.
