Poor customer service.. Hair stylist was in a bad mood, talking to my 15 month old daughter like my daughter was an adult. Very bad experience!! I do not recommend for small children as they need a good experience to let someone cut their hair, I think my daughter is more freaked out with this bad experience. Hair stylist saidbshebwas not able to cut my daughters hair the way I asked and another stylist said it was possible. At the end she missed several strains of long hair that where noticeably longer than the rest. She did a really crappy job and on top of that she was really moody from the beginning. Bad service and definitely did not get what I asked for..

This was the worst haircut& experience Ive ever received in my life. I paid 16$ and in return I got an uneven haircut. I also had asked the girl to thin my hair out which she did not do. & when I called to see if I could get a refund they basically said no... but that I could get another free haircut lol. Im not one to complain but if Im paying 16$ I would expect for it to come out right the 1st time. Point of my story. Never trusting this place again!!!

I got my hair cut at Great Clips, and was amazed at the excellent cut I received! I have never had a better cut at any price. Many of my friends complimented how it looked. When my husband and I were stopped at a stop light, my window was unrolled slightly, and a young woman standing at the bus stop shouted "I love you hair!". Never had that happen. I am so please and will continue to go there. My stylist was Sandy!

I went in for a shampoo, walked had a very short wait..Bianca shampooed my hair, she did such a great job i almost fell asleep...i broke my wrist have been to several salons...this has been my best experience...yes i will be commi g back

Had such a bad experience. Employee keep saying " you got it" as if i was asking for favors as my hair was messed up. Called the next day to get it fixed if possible, but, guess what..................

this place is garbage, waited 40 minutes had 3 people walk in after me get their haircut first. after being skipped over a 4th time i got up and left, greatcuts has lost my business for life.

Their stylist are good and they do a great job . My stylist is Ashly , she is doing her job very well . Thanks Ashly for giving me a stylist as I want . I ll definitely come back .
