We took our daughter to have her nails done for prom night and decided to make it a family event. We didnt have an appointment & they already had 3 or 4 other clients there so they nicely asked us to come back in 30 minutes, understandable since we were walk-ins, and we were happy to do so and walked around the area and enjoyed the beautiful day. Linn and John were both so sweet, personable, fun, attentive, and very professional, and stellar at what they both do. We all received a mani/pedi, my husband too, as he wanted to share in this special day with our daughter. They were a teeny bit busy, it was Saturday after all, and we chatted with the other clients there who also expressed how much they loved going there for regular service. they ensured everyone there received quality attention & service and still were quite efficient. We had a wonderful time, our nails look lovely, and we left happy and relaxed and really enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated their genuine interaction with us. They truly are sweet people. We are absolutely returning. Thank you Linn & John for the wonderful service you provided.

Liann, I am disappointed with the last manicure service I received from your place. First time I went for a manicure, the owner Liann did a good job. Next time I went in for my manicure appointment which I had reserved online, Liann was not available. She was assisting another customer despite prior reservation. The lady who did my nails did not do a good job at all. She skipped the massage unless I requested her. Also, she massaged just the palm for 30 secs or less time, yes 30 secs you read it right! The cuticles were not done well and my polish chipped off in less than a week wherein I was told that it lasts for around 3 weeks. I lost my confidence and Im not sure if Im going to go back to this place again. Also, they told me that they are experts in eyebrow wax. But, unfortunately waxing was disappointing. Eyebrows were not trimmed properly and they look dis-shaped.

One of the worst services (pedicure and eyebrows), I have ever received. Place is not that clean but I usually dont get bothered by trivial things, and am a very easy going person. Owner Linn agreed to use the groupon voucher ( expired) even groupon site states should be able to use at same business for value paid. At the time of paying she refused to respect it and even her own conversation and agreement-- over the top I signed gave Tip for services... When I came back saw eyebrows were really badly shaped and they mention on their website they specializes in eyebrows --- More than a spa it was quite a disturbing experience- kind of felt Cheated.

My partner and I went in on a Saturday around 11:00 am in the middle of April. They had a sign either on their website or on the door that says "Walk Ins Welcome". There were some people sitting at the row of chairs inside the door and a woman behind the desk in the front, she was doing someones nails. She looked up at us. I asked if she could do two pedicures. She said "You come back later. Maybe two Oclock." and she pointed at the people in the chairs. I said "Maybe" and we went somewhere else. You should probably call ahead and make an appointment.

Lin is so awesome! I went in for the first time ever today not having any expectations, but Lin made me feel so welcomed and not pressured what so ever. I went in wanting a fill, but she was honest and told me that maybe I should take the nails off as they have stared to lift. I ended up taking the nails off and just getting shellac as she recommended and she didnt charge me for the removal of the acrylic which was extremely nice of her. The service I received was so professional that I will definitely be returning again! Plus my nails look awesome!

New owners - Ben and Ann - took over this salon in May 2010. Ive been a loyal customer of theirs for 16 yrs. They are true artists. Whenever Ann waxes my brows, theyre not only perfect but the shape lasts longer than anywhere else Ive ever gone. As Ive aged, my brows needed more shaping. Ann used her superior make-up tatoo skills to extend them so they look natural. For manicures, Ben is a perfectionist. Today I received a pedicure from Dana who gives a wonderful foot massage, too. Try this salon - youll be glad that you did!

I have been going to Happy Nails for ~6yrs ago. That was when I started to pamper myself. Lucky for me I found a person that is very detailed with precision, honest and takes pride in her work. Recently she started cutting hair. So its my one-stop for all -- haircut, mani/pedi and wax! I have tried other places via Groupon -- Hillsboro, Beaverton & Portland for all the services and I always come back to Happy Nails. At times she has had to fix or redo from services I received using Groupon. A++++ service by Lin.

Worse pedicure Ive ever had. Massage was literally 30 seconds on each leg. Cuticles didnt cleaned or cut .Worker didnt even ask how I was or didnt even say a word during the pedicure . Felt like everything was mediocre and not treated with care. Employee was dressed fairly ratty and when pedicure was done she went to go fix herself in the mirror and started straightening her hair ..she didnt say a word to me. Will not be coming back .

Ive been to Happy Nails four times now, and I just love it each and every time. They do get busy - but its because the quality of work is outstanding. My pedicures last FOREVER without chipping, and always look fresh. Ive started getting shellac manicures now, too, and couldnt be happier. LOVE that it lasted me 3 weeks with no chipping or peeling. SO nice and friendly. Im going to be a regular. Thanks!!

Worst pedicure Ive ever received. Woman was super impersonal, kept drinking her coffee in between parts of the pedicure (gross), was late, and seemed annoyed to be working once she arrived. Rushed through the pedicure (with no one else waiting) and did not push back or trim my cuticles. Certainly wouldnt recommend.

Took my gf to get her nails done, was told its was going to be $25-$30 dollars. She never listened to what my gf wanted, she wanted her nails short and she made them long. When it was time pay she charged her $35 cause the nails were long, even tho she didnt want long nails. Terrible service and overpriced.

It was very nice. Service was great, and I will come back again! Lien was an amazing person to work with, and her skills are undoubtable. Theres an employee there that I didnt like in particular. She was very silent and didnt really leave a great first impression. Other than that, great!

Best place to get your nails done!!! They always look so good and people compliment how nice my nails looks every time I get them done here. The owner is so fast at what she does, so you dont feel like your there forever. She so sweet and caring. I love this place. Best nail salon ever.

This salon offers great customer service for a very reasonable price. They did a very professional job and I am definitely going back! They also have a couple of childrens chairs and it would be alot of fun to take a daughter or granddaughter with you!
