WARNING! DO NOT GO TO APRIL FOR A CUT! I came in for the first time and she took five minutes to cut my hair, seriously. Im not the type of person who complains over minor things but I feel compelled to warn people. I wouldnt have said anything if she were new to the profession but I dont think she is. People who are new take their time to not make mistakes and if they do I wouldnt blame them, theyre new. She zipped through my hair cut, cut a chunk out of the back and it was very uneven in places. ATTENTION! GO TO DAWN FOR A CUT (ON S.COMMERCIAL)! I called back and Dawn took care of me. My hair was so bad she had to cut it all over again. I could see that she saw the same thing. She was very polite and fixed my hair the best she could. Turned out way better! Im happy I didnt have to wear that ugly messed up hair cut from April on my head until it grew out.

Never go to Darlen!!!!! SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever! I went in for a trim and she asked me what i wanted and i told her just the dead off and she was so rude about everything. Then i asked for some layers and she said "why would you do layers if you dont do anything with your hair". I have never been that badly treated with a hair cut ever. She didnt even ask me if i likes it or if i wanted anymore layers. At that point i just wanted to leave cause she was so ruff with my hair and pulling on my head, I also asked for my bangs to be but with the special raiser and she didnt even listen just went on cutting with her scissors. SHe talked the whole time to the hair cut lady next to us about the power going off so she could go home,,,, if you dont want to be there then dont!!!! I will never go back to this salon ever!!!!

First off 14 dollars for a childs hair cut is ridiculous especially for the quality of the hair cut but needless to say I was desperate and broke. She gets seated with this old lafy whos rude and grumpy told her what my daughter wanted and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up because she couldnt understand what I was telling her made no eye contact and didnt even attempt to understand me as a professional I grabbed my daughter and walked out worst place iv ever been from now on Ill save my money take my experiece from doing hair and cut my own daughters hair!

I have never been so disappointed in my life. The woman that cut my hair has absolutely no business working in a hair salon. She butchered my hair. Never again will i ever step foot in that or any other Great clips in my life. ZERO STARS. Nothing Nada Zip. Wouldnt even send my worst enemy there. The only reason you see a star is because google wouldnt let me post it other wise.

I had the misfortune of getting the same stylist twice in a row. Only two times Ive been there. She seemed stoned, both times tried to start cutting my hair before asking how I wanted it cut. Got home both times and my roommate had to trim stray hairs that the stylist missed, and not just a few. I got better, more attentive haircuts in the Army for $5.

I have naturally curly/wavy hair and I keep it short. The people at Great Clips give me a cut that I like most of the time. When they dont, its probably because I dont know how long or short I want it that day. They do their best with me. I have nothing to complain about with them. I always come back because I dont know of any place better for the price.

Great haircuts at a fair price. Ive gone in multiple times now and I always come out amazed at how fast it was. Ive always been happy with my hair after and they have a good system that you can check in online before you show up. Quick and easy

I wanted cheap so I guess I got cheap! This was my first time there, all I needed was a trim with some layers but got a mop on my head! This lady was nice and she did listen but her skills were just not there.

Been going there for over five years and they always do a great job - they still have some of the staff from back when we started - not too many places can say that now days. Keep up the great work!
