This is the worst hair store I have ever been to! The service is very poor and zero customer service. The lady who sells the hair is rude and condescending. She always looks unhappy and never smiles. I have been to this store 3-4 times hoping to support local businesses but the experience is horrible every single time. The lady follows her clients with a suspicious look as if they are about to steal her products/hair extensions. I am very disappointed with her services and I am never going back to this store. I gave her one ⭐️ because of the effort she put to start the hair business. She now needs to get some training on customer service and on how to improve client experience. If she is not willing to improve her clients experience then she should close the shop and do something else that she loves to do.

Great place! Been using their business for 14years! Love the owners, seen their kids grow up. People steal from them CONSTANTLY and treat them Horrible! Yet they pick up the pieces and keep on going strong! She does NOT follow me around, my family or anyone I referred to them. If they dont have what I need she offers to order more. Shes always happy smiling even when you can see the hurt from customers who take advantage of them. Shes so sweet I even donated money to her sons school just because I love her and her family and wantto see them prosper! Bless you and your family GOD will bring you through

LA Wigs is the place to go when it comes to hair in the area. They have a huge selection including so many beautiful wigs and extensions. The best thing about this place is they will assist you in finding what you want. They do have policies on trying wigs but I thought it was pretty reasonable. Actually it bothers me when people try as many wigs as they want and dont care about hygienic conditions of the wigs or make-up getting on wigs. The place is neat and clean and staffs are very courteous and helpful without being at all pushy. Definitely coming back.

Bad experience. I tried on three wigs and didnt like them. The owner then said I had to pay $5.00 for trying on the wigs! I never heard of such a thing. There was no advanced notification that there would be a charge. When she rang up my VISA, I got charged $5.44. When I asked why she charged me 44 cents TAX when I didnt buy anything, she said that was to cover the Credit Card processing fee. Dont go there, go here: Elizabeths Hair and Wig. This proprietor is a love. I tried on 7 different wigs--at no charge-- and it was a beautiful experience.

All of her items have been of good quality and her service is impeccable! I bought online for a while, but I came back to LA Beauty she is and has the best in the west.

Wow! Best place yet. Was Ill a few years back and list my hair. I have been trying to find a hair piece for months on Amazon yo no avail. I wasnt there 10 minutes and she had me matched and out the door. So thankful I found her!!!!!
