I went in about a month ago to get may hair done. My hair was to my waist with layers and so I wanted an all over color and a trim and maybe an extra layer or two add in cause my layers had grown out. So when I left there, I left with an all over beautiful color that I just absolutely love but my hair was way shorter than I wanted and it was uneven on one side. I didnt notice it at first (I think because of the way she styles it) but as time went on I started noticing it and I even had a few close friends and relatives comment on it looking uneven. So unsure what to do and very upset at the resulting $150 hair do, my fiance suggested I just go ahead and give them a call, so I did, and I am so glade that I did! The girl named Amanda that works in there helped me and she was AMAZING!! She was so nice and she fixed my hair cut for free and she did an amazing job! !! She definitely knows how to do the sexy layered look that I love!! She is now officially my new go to girl and I would suggest her to anyone and everyone! Shes GREAT!!! THANK YOU AMANDA So very much for taking time out of your day to fix a mess that wasnt even yours ;-) ♡ you rock!!!!!

Was surprise to walk out twice nothing like the color I wanted. I even took a picture of the color and it wasnt done nothing like it . Then I was told to come back and they would get it right and that it was going to be free since it wasnt what I wanted but to my surprise that wasnt true. I had to pay the second time as well. I was told they were going to bleach and that didnt happen. I was referred to them but i wouldnt to no one.

I took my daughter in for her twelfth birthday, she wanted dark red hair that faded into black and with layers. Blake was great, super friendly and very interested in making sure she was happy. Her hair is exactly how she wanted it. Next time we make an appointment it will definitely be with him!

I used to love going to this regis and some of the stylists are wonderful ;however, the management is ridiculously bad. My favorite Stylists Drew Teal (hes the best) moved to a better salon in JC PENNY in the mall so thats where I go now.
