My encounter here was anything but pleasant, not only was I virtually ignored while waiting for my hair dresser to finish playing with her camera before she would address me, but with her uncheerful demeaner, I could of handled except for the hair cut that I got for my patience. It was nothing that I wanted and a lot shorter than I had asked for, I will be wearing my hair in a pony tail for the next couple of months thanks to this experience. I will not be returning!!!

I love this place. I have used Hair Masters for myself, the husband, two teenage kids, and an infant (coming here for 5 years). I have seen at least 4 different stylists and all have been very professional/friendly and great with kids of all ages. Prices are reasonable and I always make an appointment to make sure someone is available. :)

Brittany cut our 17 month old sons hair and she was amazing!!! He is still super wiggly and doesnt like the clipper noise. She was super patient and did his hair all with scissors. He never cried or screamed like he did when we tried getting his hair cut at the kid salon. Highly recommend her and will most definitely use her again!!!

My stylist Braxton was AMAZING and gets 5 stars, however, the manager was so incredibly to rude to him in front of me and other clients. I wont be returning to this salon unless the manager is spoken to by corporate.

Long wait, had to come back the next day to get hair done. They say, they are a walk in appointment but, this has been false. Last few times, next day if your lucky. Not enough, staff.
